A very satisfactory hotel: good location, with the commercial district and night market just outside; good service. After finding that I put a bottle of water on the bedside table, they would considerately put another bottle of water there every day and add a cup; cleaned the room. I stayed there for 6 nights in total, and every night when I came back, I found that the room was cleaned thoroughly, not even a single fallen hair was left out.
I have stayed in so many hotels of the same level, but this one is the best. I will stay in this one again when I go to Penang in the future.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to Georgetown and easy to get a taxi. There is a large supermarket downstairs, with luxury goods and local snacks. The outdoor swimming pool is very beautiful.
