Overall everything was great but they charged me 2 times for the 2 rooms I reserved and I am still waiting on my money for the first charge they did. I’m not sure if I even am going to get the money.

we have been coming there for 3 years of NYE weekends the hotel is so run down compare to a year ago , we had taken a chair to another room to watch the ball drop no one could understand english enough to help us get it back to our room after our family checked out. I had several dealings with the same person over the 4 days we were there and when i asked her a question she had no clue who i was

Everyone was nice from check in to check out we enjoyed the pool and the breakfast the kids made a lot of noise but they never said anything to us we really enjoyed it.it was New Years Eve

We had a lot of trouble with the bathtub, and the door they were very nice and moved us twice by that time we didn't get any sleep.

Courtney, who checked us in, was very nice and accommodating. I reserved 2 rooms, but one of them was messed up. She changed our room without any problem at all. The other receptionists there were also friendly. It was very clean and you could smell the cleanliness of it.

I felt this was an excellent hotel considering the price. It was well-kept, clean, and had all the typical amenities. The breakfast offering was still pretty good. I didn't use the indoor pool or exercise room but they both looked to be in very nice condition.
