Sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgezeichneter Küche, sehr freundlichem Personal und tollem SPA-Bereich. Sehr gut gepflegt, schön eingerichtet und die Lage zentral in Gerlos ist erstklassig - Talstation ist fußläufig problemlos erreichbar. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Al vele jaren komen we hier. Een karaktervol hotel met veel allure, ruim opgezet en rustgevend. Op je sokken via een tunneltje naar de kleedkamer en zo de cabinelift in, ongeëvenaard. De medewerkers zijn stuk voor stuk erg vriendelijk en betrokken. We hopen hier nog lang te komen.

We went on a family vacation to Gerlos and stayed at this hotel. Positives: Our hotel room was comfortable. The beds were nice and we slept well. The swimming pool, although crowded, is great. The outdoor pool was very popular with the kids. Nice to have the sauna after a day of skiing. The playing gym for the kids (with movie nights and kids disco) is a great addition with the lovely Dragi to watch over the kids. The hotel is situated very close / walking distance to the ski rental and main lift. The ski bus to the kids lift stops right in front of the hotel. Lots of families so many kids to play together. Negatives: We didn’t like some of the staff members: our waiter most evenings was not friendly and didn’t smile once. One receptionist was terribly rude while the others were all polite and helpful. We didn’t like the food. It was way too salty for our taste. The kids menu was not healthy so our kids ate cucumbers from The salad bar and a lot of plain pasta.

Hotel was erg prettig. Zeer goed eten. Helaas waren de kamers erg warm en gehorig. Gehorig vooral van de straat omdat mensen in Gerlos (Nederlanders) graag schreeuwen. Zwembad vonden wij wat koud. Locatie ten opzichte van de Gondel is top!! Let op de lockers die je op de foto ziet zijn te huur bij de gondel, zijn dus niet van het hotel. Ze zijn prijzig maar meer dan de moeite waard.

Top hotel, super schoon, vriendelijke medewerkers, ruime kamers met een complete inrichting en goede bedden. Daarnaast bied het hotel uitgebreide wellness faciliteiten en heeft het een luxe Oostenrijkse uitstraling. Verder beschikt het over een fantastische keuken en luxe ski in/uit mogelijkheid via een ondergrondse verbinding met de gondelbaan en locker ruimte.

Fantastisch hotel, ik zou er niks aan veranderen. Alles klopt en niet overdreven sjiek, voelt als thuis! Deze gaat zeker bij ons op de shortlist. Wellness is top Bediening is top Eten is top Locatie is top Meer kun je niet wensen volgens mij….

The stay was super. Good staff, service, food, location, kids club, etc.. It just feels like home... we only stayed 5 days, but the holiday was great. We had the junior suite room #222, and it was super clean and nice. Our kids from 9 and 11 had great fun at the kids club (thanks Leonie).

I stayed for 8 days in an apartment in the Bergjuwel complex, which has direct access to the rest of the hotel. The apartment was all new, spacey, and felt like a luxury. It had everything you needed. The staff was beyond friendly and the hotel has a quiet and friendly and very relaxing atmosphere. It is a place with a lot of regulars coming back year after year - having existed since 1932. I was traveling alone and it was fine. There were also many families with children. There is a nice quiet garden and an indoor and outdoor pool. My only complaint would be, that the restaurant is only open for dinner between 1800 and 2000 and that they do not automatically serve outside on a nice warm summer evening. In that sense, it does seem like an old-fashioned place. If you are traveling without children, it can be nice to go out for a late dinner, say 2000 or 2030. But then there are several other restaurants in Gerlos to choose from. Will I be back: Yes I will book again at Gaspingerhof next year.

Das essen Frühstuck und Diner war vorherragend klasse! Personal sehr lieb! Wir haben herlich geschlafen, die zimmer war auch groß. Alles sehr sauber. Alles war top, wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal zurürck!!
