Very good experience and staff are very professional especially Mr Taku Yamada as he went the extra mile to accommodate my request to provide me western bed instead of rokan. Hotel is very nice clean n unique with pulley type lift. Good buffet spread. Definitely a good value for money stay.

The location is on the top of the mountain, which is more convenient for self-driving. The terrace room has a beautiful scenery, facing the river, and is cost-effective. The dinner is buffet style, with all you can drink, and ice cream is provided.

The hotel is big and old many local guests The open-air bath has a good environment and is very comfortable. But there are only two elevators and they are very slow. It takes a long time to wait with your luggage. Dinner was changed to buffet in the western restaurant on the 2nd floor Highly not recommended. The wild food is not delicious and there are not many varieties. There happens to be a Fireworks Festival in February and March, and fireworks will be set off at 9 p.m.

The facilities are well maintained. The two-meal dinner is particularly rich. Hida beef is delicious. The service is also very polite and in place.

The hotel built on the mountain has its own characteristics. It is large in scale and has many activity venues, making it suitable for vacation and leisure travel. The hot springs are unique and the scenery is good. Buffet breakfast and dinner with fresh ingredients. Good service and high efficiency!

The hotel is relatively old, but because it is built against the mountain, it is very distinctive, especially the elevator is a bit like the Hong Kong Peak Tram, very special! We live in Japanese-style tatami mats, sleep on the floor, and the room has a small balcony, but the lower floors are arranged for us, and the upper floors cost 2,000 yen, so think about it! The breakfast is a Japanese breakfast. I think it is a bit salty, which is probably the reason for the rice cooker. We are used to light food, and we don’t eat rice in the morning. Japanese people eat rice in the morning! The hotel's semi-open-air hot spring is very good. You can see the night view of Gero. It is pure natural and free parking. Overall, I am quite satisfied. There is blood stains on a tatami mattress. We did not complain, nor did we use that mat ! It would be nice if the bedding was replaced with new ones

It's an old facility, but it was nice because the unique structure and interior were stylish. Especially the dinner buffet is delicious, I want to visit again. However, I think the heating needs some supplementation. A cold wind came in from the window and the heater was limited in warming the air. The bathroom facilities are not good, but the water is good and it was free.
