This is a traditional Japanese family-style hot spring hotel. The hotel is not big, very close to JR Gero Station, 1-2 minutes walk, very convenient, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the hotel facilities are not new, but well managed, clean, hygienic and beautiful, the hot spring is superb, rarely encounter other guests, breakfast and dinner are beautiful, taste good, a very good Gero Hot Spring experience!

There is no air conditioning in the corridor, and it is not warm in the restaurant. It gets colder and colder as we eat, but the food is still OK. The biggest problem is that the bathroom area in the room is very cold. You have to keep the door open and turn on the air conditioner in the room to allow the heat to flow in so that you don't have to fight to use the bathroom. and! I just washed my hands after CI and found that the faucet was filled with cold water for a long time. I called the service staff to check. It probably meant that the water came from the hot spring. There were no guests in the room last night, so the water in the water storage pipe had gone cold. He said that it would be fine if he turned it on for a while, and he said that no one used water after going to bed at night, so the situation should be the same tomorrow morning. Then he left, and this time it took about seven or eight minutes for the hot water to come out. This was also the last and only time we enjoyed hot water for hand washing in the room! After that, there was cold water every time at night. Does the hotel assume that everyone needs to turn on the faucet for a few minutes before going to the toilet? The next morning, I turned on the faucet as soon as I got up. I wanted to use hot water to wash my face and brush my teeth, but when I turned on the hot water, it stopped and no hot water came out. The faucet opened at 23 and still didn't come out at 30. There was no water during this period…. The next day, our shoes and socks were wet due to rain and snow. When we returned to the hotel to pick up our luggage, the service staff in the hotel lobby helped us open the griddle in the leisure area so that we could dry it and keep warm.
