I have to give a bad review to this hotel. I mean the restaurant service. All the waiters are Nepalese. They are not considerate and thoughtful like the usual Japanese service. After confirming the time with the hotel, we made a reservation for dinner at 18:40, but when we arrived at the restaurant, one of the waitresses had a bad attitude and kept arguing that our reservation time was not 18:40pm, which was wrong. I asked her to confirm at the service desk, but she said no, she was right and we were wrong, and she kept repeating that we were wrong, which was ridiculous. During the meal, I couldn't find any waiter, and I had to get up frequently to find someone in the service room. The experience was super bad... I met this waiter again in the corridor the next morning. It would have been fine if he didn't say good morning, but he glared at me fiercely☹️-Suggestions for your hotel, I can understand the operation of wanting to reduce costs, but please train your service staff before taking up their posts!
