As soon as I got off the plane, I took a ride to the hotel. Since it was already past dinner time when I arrived at the hotel, the dinner I had booked before was gone. The hotel cannot provide refunds. The hotel room is relatively clean, but the location is on the mountain, making it more suitable for self-driving travelers. Breakfast is a buffet with many choices.

The front desk staff was very friendly and answered our questions one by one. Dinner was a buffet with a lot of food to choose from, including sashimi sushi ramen, etc. It is highly recommended to stay here

We stayed with our family.
The reviews said that the rooms were small and the views were poor, but we had a great view from the window overlooking the nightscape of Gero city, so it felt open and nice.
There was also karaoke, table tennis, a games center, and a manga corner, which my sons enjoyed.
The dinner and breakfast buffets were all delicious, just as the reviews said.
The large communal bath was covered with tatami mats on one side, and the hot spring water made my skin smooth, and I thought it was great that there was a sauna on board. I would like to stay again.

The staff were very friendly and I had a pleasant stay. The food was delicious.
The facilities (bathrooms and toilets in the rooms) were old, but they were well-cleaned and had a clean feel. It is a little far from the center of the hot spring town, so I thought it was a little inconvenient for walking around.
