We came for the Wine and Music Festival. Service was good but the cleanliness of the hotel was not good. We had a used washcloth left in the bathroom, crumbs and dirt in every corner and a pile of popcorn crumbs under the pull out couch. The hallways were hot and stuffy the next morning. I will say the gentleman at the front desk was very understanding when I showed him the pictures I took as proof.

Breakfast was meager. Walls are thin and there were stains/ wear and tear on the hallway carpet. The price was decent but the staff was indifferent at best. Quite a letdown from a few years ago. I'm not sure I would go back and I'm a Choice Platinum member.

Great staff and room was nice. Vent in bathroom is a fire hazard though. Otherwise beautiful establishment.

Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great location. Charlene and all staff were very helpful and engaging. We travel to Gettysburg for medical trea**ent at Adam's Encrinology with Dr.Michael's which is walking distance from Courtyard Marriott. The hotel is very relaxing with kind staff during this stressful time.

This was my first experience staying at a Marriott . The room was very nice. It was up to date. The mattress on the bed was perfect! Not to hard not to soft. The sleep sofa shows some wear but everything else in good condition. There was a luggage rack which many hotels overlook. I liked the mini coffeemaker but there was only powdered creamer which I dislike. None of the negatives were deal breakers. Also, I appreciated the staff made an effort to honor my room selection. The staff by the way were friendly and efficient. In addition the air conditioner was quiet not like some other hotels as well as timeshare rentals I have stayed in.

Easy check in and out process. Very clean and real easy to get to. The staff was helpful as far as getting the times for the bistro and everything else I needed.

All of the employees we encountered were friendly and accommodating. I especially want to commend Paige at the Starbucks and Charlene at the front desk. Both are exceptional.

Clean rooms. Nice decor. Friendly staff. No free breakfast, but you can pay for breakfast (or dinner) in the hotel's dining room. Conveniently located near a movie theater, gas stations and box stores. Just off York Road, the main road off of Hwy 15.
