Keystone Inn Bed and Breakfast

My wife and I came here on a whim and ended up having the best time. Annette is absolutely phenomenal at her job. The place is great but she really makes the experience.The room was cozy and quiet, the food was fantastic and not only did she make the food she served it as well! She was gracious from the moment we came in until we reluctantly had to leave. This was our first stay at a B&B and I'm not sure we can top this. TY Annette

Our innkeepers treated everyone like family. The food was amazing. When we arrived, during a snowstorm, the grounds were already cleared and safe. Every mid afternoon we were treated to a baked good. Can’t say enough good things about our stay.

I cannot say enough about this bed-and-breakfast. My husband and I stayed in a bed-and-breakfast for the first time and now this will be the standard we compare everything else to in the future. Annette and Lori were completely amazing. The breakfasts were amazing, the evening snacks were also amazing. We truly felt like we were home only better! Annette was an incredible innkeeper and hostess. her attention to detail and personal touches were so thoughtful and kind. I wish we lived closer because I know we would be lifelong friends.

Keystone Inn provided excellent guest services and a high quality lodging experience. The breakfasts during the stay were delicious, fresh and photography-ready! Fresh baked cookies were an added bonus each night. Easy parking and close to everything. If you’re planning a trip to Gettysburg, this is where you’ll want to stay and feel pampered. I stayed in the Lincoln suite.

We stayed for one night as part of a road trip. We arrived after a long drive and received a warm welcome from Donna, who showed us to our room (Basil Biggs). What a gorgeous property; there are communal spaces to sit and relax and the delicious breakfast is freshly cooked. The bed was comfortable and there was a fireplace, ceiling fan and a delightful original central heating system that hissed quietly throughout the evening (not disruptive to sleep but adding another layer of character to this wonderful accommodation). There was a little handwritten welcome note and freshly baked cookies for us. About 15 minute walk into town and conveniently located for trips to the battlefields and museums. There is free parking at the rear of the property- 10/10 would stay again.

Annette is a consummate innkeeper. She is exceptionally accommodating and also so kind. Her breakfasts are outstanding. If you’re lucky, you’ll get the locally sourced bacon which she cooks to perfection! Our room was so comfortable and the inn is charmingly decorated.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. The so very pleasant and kind Christine met me when I checked in and gave me a brief tour of the home. After giving me a little snack box (cupcakes!) , she showed me the Lincoln suite which 2 people could have comfortably stayed in for a week. It consisted of a large high bed ( needed a step stool to get into), a sitting area, a separate room with a trundle bed, a bathroom and a little sitting area outside on the porch. The room faces the street but was rather quiet. The inn is barely a 4 min drive from the center of town on a residential street. There was some occasional traffic noise but nothing bothersome. Breakfast was very good and you have a choice of three different seatings. The sausage patties looked homemade and the coffee was hot. Btw, coffee and tea are available all the time. Free parking is available behind the house. The entrance automatically looked when the door was closed so I was given a code to get in. As a solo traveler I felt good about that. (Gettysburg is a safe town in general so I wasn't really worried) I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here while touring Gettysburg and can’t say enough about this beautiful B&B. Christine is so friendly and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was so good. The room was furnished nicely, included a small refrigerator and TV. Plenty of other rooms to just relax in with books and games. We definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here for a weekend while visiting Gettysburg with friends, another couple. Our room felt clean, comfortable, homey and cozy. Our friends expressed the same about their room. The Innkeeper/owner is so incredibly welcoming, providing fresh baked goodies that welcomed us back each evening after a day of fun in town. I’m not usually a huge fan of breakfast, as I don’t like eggs, but breakfast here was always fabulous…. I mostly appreciated the local dairy and meat they served, as well, for its sustainability and deliciousness! We are frequent visitors of Gettysburg, living only a few towns away, but we typically stay in our RV. We will be planning return off-season stays so we have a great excuse to stay at this sweet Inn!
