Un seul mot, exceptionnel. On a beaucoup voyagé et, là, je dois dire que l'expérience a été parfaite du début à la fin. C'est ni trop, ni trop peu. Très attentif, très disponnible, très sympathique, sans tomber dans le surfait, le "too much". Cet équilibre si difficile à trouver entre l'exigence du gran luxe et des interactions humaines qui vous font sentir vraiment bien à chaque instant, vous le trouverez dans cet hôtel. Ils ont, tous, ce sixième sens.

Palacio Arriluce , una experiencia de hotel excelente . Tanto el confort de todas las instalaciones , la atención de todo el personal y la restauración son perfectos . Un gran hotel con muchos detalles que lo hacen único y exclusivo . Destacar el detalle de bienvenida en la terraza con vistas al mar . Un aperitivo delicioso . Perfumador de almohadas, bombones, etc . Te vas con una sensación de felicidad y con muchas ganas de volver .

If TripAdvisor had a score higher than 5 then I would GLADLY ENTER IT. This is the best hotel I have ever been lucky enough to find. What makes it great? Of course the property is outstanding and on par as one of the most beautiful places I have visited in my life. But, clearly the reason I will never forget the Palacio Arriluce hotel are the staff members. Truly you will be astonished at the quality of the entire staff. I would challenge you to find anything that they were not only prepared to assist you with. They are not only friendly, they are happy. And their happiness is reflected in the warm reception they give you. I have stayed at all of the chains that promote their “world class customer service”. The Palacio Arriluce is the epitome of the term. In my humble assessment, they are the summit of this performance indicator. Congratulations to the leadership for the excellence that i have witnessed here. I believe that these people have impressed me so much that i want to be not only their customer but their friend. If you are EVER in the Bilbao region in general and surely the Getxo area, you should not waste your time considering and other hotel. As the song says, The Palacio Arriluce Hotel “is simply the best!”

Una experiencia inolvidable. El trato fue exquisito y destacaríamos de ese trato el de Ainara de recepción. Lo recomendaremos sin duda. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con la tv al que se le puso remedio rápidamente y nos dieron a cambio una habitación muchísimo mejor y una sorpresa en la terraza. Fue increíble la estancia.

Magnífico hotel, increíble el personal, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Por fín Bilbao tiene un hotel de categoría para ir allí. Fuimos a la fiesta del primer aniversario y disfrutamos enormemente. La cena y la animación, el desayuno (súper la tosta japonesa!) inmejorables.

magnífica restauración de un precioso palacio de Guetxo. Las instalaciones son muy elegantes y acogedoras, el servicio impecable. El restaurante Delanuy es muy bueno en consonancia con el hotel pero tal vez la relación calidad precio es solo regular. Alguno de los platos que tomamos es mejorable. La calidad del desayuno es excelente

Tengo que destacar la cama que es una de las mas cómodas que he probado en los hoteles. También a destacar las planchas de pelo en el baño, la amabilidad del personal y e w.c calefactado en la habitación. ideal para descansar, por la privacidad y ser un hotel no demasiado grande.
