Nice little beach front hotel. I wish we had booked a beach facing room. The view would have been amazing, I’m sure. Our only drawback was the lack of usb ports available in the room to charge phones etc. These are pretty standard in hotels now and the lack of even one port was unusual.

This is a lovely hotel, beautifully situated, with wonderful staff! We felt very welcomed on arrival and were advised of the local sights and places to eat, as well as how to get around and enjoy Bilboa. The room was large with a comfortable bed and delightfully quirky design. The breakfast was outstanding! Highly recommend!

El desayuno junto con la amabilidad de Enya lo mejor del hotel, mi chica preguntó si tenían cosas sin gluten y Enya le busco todo lo que tenia dentro. Los chicos de recepción también súper amables. Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí sin duda. La camas muy cómodas, por mejorar algo del hotel sería la insonorización de las habitaciones pero no es preocupante tampoco.

Buena atención por parte de Sergiu y Ekaitz, las habitaciones amplias y luminosas que se agradece, la cama muy comoda, muy bien disponer de dos almohadas. Ubicación del hotel inmejorable para nosotros y servicio de desayuno muy completo.

Estancia perfecta, hotel muy bien situado enfrente de la playa. Cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Destuno buffet muy variado y muy rico. Todo el personal muy amable, sobre todo con los niños (gracias a Enya en el buffet por su amabilidad y simpatía).

I can highly recommend PPT for the excellent location in Gexta ( beech front), near to Metro and bus stop and for their non-forgetting customer service. PPT left a great experience they cancelled my non-refundable booking free which made me morally obliged to book them for my next family visit and I am happy with my decision. We were highly impressed with all the customer representatives especially Mariluz who was very polite to deal with non-spanish speaking customers and loaded with local knowledge provided tips for best restaurants and attractions. I can't miss appreciating Ysell who is the head chef, she looked after our customised breakfast requirements and went beyond expectations. I would also like to thank Ekaitz, Globo and Enya for their support. The restaurant next door to PPT has a good mix of cuisine and I found it reasonably priced. I will visit them again.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet, with great views if facing beach side, staff kind and gentle. Came with my dog as well which got treated like an absolute queen by all members of the staff, providing a mat and treats for the doggie. Would also like to appreciate Enya and Maria for their kindness when dealing with our enquiries

Si viajan con su mascota tengan por seguro que no hay mejor hotel que este, 4 días y 3 noches con una familia de 11 con dos perritas y todos han salido contentos por su atención, el personal es lo máximo Ysela, Juanma, Enya, Ekaitz muchas gracias fueron todos muy amables y atentos.
