"A stunning stylish hotel, and one of the leading hotels of the world. It’s highly recommended and an amazing building with very little to criticise. However a meal in the bar ingles was both expensive and disappointing. If you get room 206 beware of the dodgy toilet door that at first is amusing then quickly becomes frustrating. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the glass elevator is something to behold especially when you consider how it’s fitting into an old building."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Good location and friendly service The hotel is very well located, with lovely sea views and a pleasant atmosphere. The décor is tasteful and inviting, and the staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection and a nice setting. On the downside, I felt that the value for money was not quite in line with the price. At around €880 for two nights including breakfast, I expected a more spacious room and a more premium overall experience for a four-star hotel. In addition, although breakfast is officially served until 11:00 a.m., by around 10:30 a.m. several items had already run out and were not replenished promptly. The breakfast area also seemed a little understaffed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay thanks to the excellent location, beautiful views, and kind staff, but there is room for improvement to better match the price point."

I couldn't sleep for two nights because mosquitoes came in with the window open! The TV is very small and old! It is incomparable with the same price in China! It doesn't come with a toothbrush and toothpaste! The beach is not beautiful! It is recommended to stay in Bakio. The beach scenery is beautiful! You can also hike"

"We went here for a big family wedding and we had a wonderful time we all got together ate drank and danced the food was ok the drink great but gradually we noticed one waitress who was rude and abrupt . She was a middle aged lady with long dark hair and she was intolerable. Also there was a younger waitress with glasses long dark hair and young who was always smiling and helpful who was great we loved her . The other waiters were ok friendly and nice in spite of a challenging environment with 200 guests . This place needs a little investment just to send it to the next level some of the old timbers outside are rotten and need replacing ."

"We stayed here for three nights in Mid September and our stay was wonderful. We opted to book a suite and we were so glad we did. Room 10 was spacious and filled with light. It’s also the only room in the whole hotel that has a balcony that can fit chairs and overlooks the sea. Gorgeous! We are at the restaurant the first night here and it was fantastic. The best octopus we have had in Spain this trip. The hotel is close enough to walk to town, but also tucked away enough to feel out of the chaos. Would totally recommend this place for a romantic stay."

"I can’t quite get my head around some of the poor reviews. We were staying here for two nights for the Europa league final. When we checked in the staff were great with all the information, and the hotel manager informed us on the night of the game she would be staying up late to ensure everybody was back okay, a classy touch. The hotel itself is located in a really quiet area, 5 minutes walk to the metro, 15 minutes to the nearest beach, and loads of bars within a 10 minute walking distance too. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again."
