We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good.

Property layout is confusing
Check in experience was great but the overall service standards for a resort was definitely below satisfactory. The water collections were nice but I think I may choose a different resort in the future

When we arrived, it took 2 hours for staff to get us a pack 'n' play for our baby we had been requesting all day. By the time they got it to us, it was too late. It was after 8 pm and our babe was inconsolable. Our room was AWFUL. View of a loading dock, shower that leaked water all over the floor, and the toilet didn't flush. Aunt Chiladas took over an hour for a to-go order then messed up the order. Luckily, when I called to complain, staff was kind, and apologetic and immediately upgraded our room to a much better suite. The property is beautiful and we had a ton of fun at the water park. Beware, the food on site is VERY expensive for what you get. ie. a dry veggie burger for $24

We’re local so we stay here a few times a year, the property is always clean and has a lot for the kids to do but for me it’s the people that make the difference. The last 2 times we stayed we had Brett Larson from the bell desk helping us out and he hustled a fantastic hospitality professional. Always friendly, even with my crazy kids, super helpful with bags and recommendations and generally just good conversation. The entire staff at the resort is great but I got his name because he stood out so much.

Staff was amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Waterpark was nice! Movies every night during our stay was a perk as well.
