But still a magical fabulous place to be in the heart of Phoenix!"

"We celebrated 2 friends birthdays over a weekend trip. We had to pay extra to guarantee connecting rooms but it was worth it. The hotel is beautiful with several pools and a water park with a lazy river. The only downside was the bathroom floor and shower area could have been cleaner. But Clara Jane was at the check in desk, she was in training still but did an amazing job helping me. She sent a follow up card to our room and birthday treats for my friends. Great personal touches that mean a lot!! The restaurant choices for dinner were limited as one of them was closed for a few weeks."

"Indeed the hotel is nice for a short stay (1-2 nights). However there are 2 things that I was unsatisfied with. I specifically requested a quiet room. But the room that I got had an air conditioner which was making a cranking noise all night. This ruined my sleep especially after a long flight of 14 hours. Secondly, the room had no handwash and no body wash available. Both the bottles were empty. This should've been checked before the room was allocated."
