The place was decent, loved our room besides the bugs we found… the front lady was really rude our whole stay. And the heated pool was not heated. Other than that our stay was good.

I think it is equivalent to Holiday Inn Express + in China, and certainly not as good as Courtyard by Marriott in China. The rooms and bathrooms of this Courtyard are big and new, and the hygiene is very good. What I am not used to is that they do not provide disposable slippers (toothbrush and toothpaste need to be asked for), but there are ironing boards, irons, and hair dryers. The room hygiene is indeed not cleaned every day, and I asked the room service for clean towels on the second night. In addition, the hotel is next to the highway, so it is best not to arrange a room facing the highway, but it is indeed very convenient to get on the highway. It is also good not to have to pay for parking, saving money!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is old and run down but still charging over $200 /night. Without breakfast! Hole in curtain, stained dirty rug, chipped furniture, broken refrigerator, needed to ask for towels & coffee in room since there was not daily service. Will not return.

The customer service team and Jane were fabulous. She is really an Angel. A beautiful soul. She is fantastic and right on point with everything we needed. I have never met a harder one worker. I hope she gets a raise soon ❤️. Such a blessing to our family while we were 3000 miles away from home to see our dad in hospital.

The hotel is very good, I said early that there is breakfast. But Chinese people may not be used to it. When I first came to the United States, I couldn’t eat that cold stuff. You can go out and buy something, or cook and eat yourself.
