Hotels in Camelback East, Phoenix

Highly recommend for a layover! They offer a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and booking it is super easy. The car arrived in about ten minutes. The room was spacious and simple, with everything I needed. It's a great choice for a short layover stay!

It was the best night in this hotel. Font desk staffs are nice and welcome. Bed is so softy and comfy. The good pick up and drop off at the airport.

The hotel did not give me a breakfast voucher when I checked in, even though my rate included breakfast. I had to ask for one in the morning when I discovered they charged for breakfast. When I checked out, they charged me for the room when I had already paid through Trip.com. I had to call them to get a credit processed. The rate they charged me was $132, but I paid Trip.com $162, so it wasn’t cheaper with Trip.com. The breakfast was very good though, I had avocado toast.

All things are good but I called receptionist she gave me that sense of out of patience as I called her for shuttle many times but no shutter comes and she hangs up a phone ahead of me with a big kuang sounds I make her unhappy.breakfast is good and drivers are good I really thump up for them.

The room was great. It smelled delicious. The breakfast was rich. It was very close to the nearest airport. The service was great. There was free fruit. The kids said they liked it very much. I will stay here again next time.

You can easily reach tourist spots by subway. The facility was new and comfortable. The cleaning staff feels good. The hotel has a dining room.

Breakfast is quite satisfactory and there is parking. The hotel is very cost-effective, the rooms are large and quiet. Interestingly, the closer the check-in time is, the cheaper the price will be.

Great location near the airport. Thanks to the staff member for arranging a taxi transfer to the airport.

Bed is comfortable, but if you book hotel on trip, there is no Marriot points

Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.
