Room was great. Clean and fresh. Nothing chipped or broken. Room service was so-so. Food was fine, but there were no napkins or plates included with our pizza. Lounge service was so-so. Server took our order and did not return until she brought the bill. Also messed up the order. And no - things were not busy, she was chatting with the bartender.

We booked this hotel for an overnight layover and it worked perfectly. Nice and clan rooms and an efficient airport shuttle.

Clean and very comfortable. Convenient to airport. Only negative was that shuttle would not drop us at airport car rental center. Otherwise great overnight stay.

the front office attendant (i am sorry have misplaced her name) was friendly and efficient upon check in. in addition, she was helpful in providing other hotel information to assist with my stay.
silvia (hope i’ve remembered her name correctly) in the restaurant was just fantastic! she is very thorough and thoughtful in her service delivery. she made my dinner experience after a long day of travel comforting and delightful!

We only stayed one night on our way home from the Grand Canyon, but the room was excellent and modern. There were places to plug in our devices by each side of the bed and at the desk. The large TV was HD with all the channels you would want. Wifi was free and easy. The restaurant was even excellent. And they have a free airport shuttle every half hour. I would definitely stay there next time. The restaurant is the Red Rim Bistro and Lounge. We did not expect a hotel restaurant next to the bar would have great food, as it is a hotel near the Phoenix airport and not a luxury destination. But the sandwiches we got, a Reuben and a turkey club, were excellent, as were the accompanying salad and fries. We were glad we ate there rather than making a trek somewhere else.
