Sadly, this beautiful resort has an incredibly rude office manager- Taylor. Because of how she treated us, I feel our stay left on a bad note. I wish we could say we’d return, but her lack of kindness will keep us from visiting again.

Hotel staff is lovely; however, this hotel's best days have passed. Housekeeping was available by request, I was informed after booking and cancellation date had passed. Room #207 was tired in decor; the carpet did not look for feel clean; and the common hallway and room had a terrible chemical smell. The restaurant, TCooke's, was malodorous as well and the food mediocre. I was disappointed in this 5star hotel that cost nearly $600/night.

We stayed at the Royal Palms for a wedding. The wedding was beautiful and the staff was nice but overall ineffective. It is a solid 3.5 star priced at a 5. The amenities were not great and they nickel and dime you for everything. My recommendation would be to book one of their cabanas on Resort Pass, spend the day there dining and swimming then stay at a way better hotel. The bar wouldn't mix drinks an hour before closing one night, no fridge in the room, only one nightstand with 3 drawers for clothes, they put us and the people we were traveling with in the wrong room and we didn't know until they sent us our incorrect bills, I could go on. Honestly I am pretty easy to satisfy but at $1,100 a night, I expected way more.

The mattress on the bed was a little short, the room was a bit run down.😥 We’ve stayed 2 days probably would not come again.

Room was very noisy, lots of construction, cleaners didnt finish cleaning, and this is not a new hotel. I"m not ever coming back.

The Royal Palms hotel resort and spa was everything we expected and so much more. The service by the front desk/ concierge staff as well as the staff at the Mix-up bar (esp. Romeo and Jessie) and T. Cooks were exceptional!!! The cocktail menu was to dream for and the food were above average, the even the happy hour deals had great options! Everyone was so kind and giving to ensure we had a great trip. The days spent by the pool were very relaxing and the pool staff were extremely attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend this oasis away from home.

This hotel is seriously good! Wonderful gardens and architecture are extremely pleasant. The restaurant is charming and very good food. Also importantly the staff A-Z and service is top notch. The views of the mountains nearby are kind of the “cherry on top”!

Beautiful property and amazing Staff. Barbara walked us to our room and told us about the history of the hotel. She added a lovely touch to our stay. The breakfast was wonderful and Jeff was friendly and attentive.
