this hotel is my favorite in Biltmore area. So clean. The staff is nice and they renovated rooms are amazing

Hopefully our stay gets better from here. Just arrived and tried to check in at 1:40pm. Our room is ready, but if we check in now, "It will be $25, Ma'am". I mentioned that I am a Diamond Honors member, and was told the policy is the same for everyone. So...my husband said he'd buy me a glass of wine. We were told that the bar doesn't open until 5pm. But my husband went exploring and came back to the lobby with 2 glasses of wine, because the bar IS open. So far, not so good.
