The room was clean and the service exceeded expectations. The environment was quiet and comfortable, though facilities could be improved. Great location for a solo traveler. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would consider staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good.

Just needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfy. The hotels staff were nice. Lobby overlooks the pool area so it’s nice to watch the kids.

The front desk staff provided very friendly and exceptional customer service since the moment I arrived ! The room we stayed in was fully remodeled and kept clean! They have a gym, pool, and bar/restaurant in the lobby. Another plus is that they provide airport shuttle pick up and drop off. I really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel was very clean. Except we had problems with the first room. They gave us that the toilet didn't work. And we had to move rooms. Secondly, the pool was very dirty and the hot tub was very green. It was not acceptable for the money that we paid.Locks on the door did not work. had to put a chair underneath the door and did not feel safe. Needs renovation. The bathtub had many chips.

The staff is always very accommodating and the facilities are actually up and running, for the most part. They give you a decent breakfast bag in the morning, the pool is fresh and the atmosphere is rather relaxing.

I enjoyed staying at the resort. It was peaceful and quiet and had such a beautiful ambience. I unfortunately didn’t get time to move around coz I was pressed with time but it’s a good place to stay at.
