I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a great stay and close to the airport. There is also free airport shuttle pick up and drop off so that was really good.

The hotel is in the city center and the location is very good! The equipment is very new, there is a shopping mall behind the hotel, shopping is convenient, there are few Chinese people nearby, the outdoor terrace on the second floor of the breakfast hotel feels very delicious. I solved it at a nearby Japanese restaurant in the evening, and there is Starbucks near 200 meters. All of this is very good, the only bad thing is that there is no boiled water, but most hotels in the United States do not, especially this place with few Chinese.

Amazing king size room and the bed was incredibly comfortable and great pillows! Lovely staff. Will stay again next time!

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

The doors all slam, making it uncomfortable/non restful for business people that have a different schedule from that of 8-5:00. The GM Tom addressed the issue with the washing machine the same day. GM, Tom is very much so focused on his guest and the enjoyment  of the guest to ensure guests are happy and taken care of.

The room is a bit small, but the location is very good. It's very close to the convention and exhibition center. It's very convenient especially for attending conferences.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room.

About 10 minutes from the airport, but the Uber driver told me not to go out after arriving at the hotel because the hotel area is not safe. Then there is no hair dryer. I am a little uncomfortable after washing my hair.

I chose this hotel to watch a baseball game. It was a stylish and nice hotel. There were negative reviews on Google and other sites, such as ”small,” ”no refrigerator,” ”difficult to find the check-in counter,” and ”expensive parking.” I also inquired about parking in advance, but I didn't get a reply from the hotel, so I was worried, but there were no fatal problems. I headed to the hotel by rental car, and there was a valet parking staff in front of the hotel. It was very convenient because you just drop off your luggage and hand over the key. The next morning, I checked out around 7:00, but the valet parking staff seemed to be there from 5:00, so there was no problem. (Valet parking seems to be a regional thing, and all the hotels in this area had similar prices.) Check-in is at the bar counter. I was happy to receive a welcome drink. The room was not as small as the reviews said, and the bathroom was spacious. Please note that there is no refrigerator, water, coffee/tea, etc. This hotel is in a very convenient location (within a 10-minute walk) for watching baseball and basketball games. After the game, it's very convenient to be able to walk back to your hotel room in less than 10 minutes amidst the chaos. I recommend it.

It's a new hotel with newer facilities and is close to the exhibition hall. However, the hotel has no sense of service at all. When I checked out on the last day, the room password lock was out of power, and I was locked outside and couldn't get to my luggage. It took the hotel about an hour to open the door, which affected my rush to the airport. The front desk staff was not in a hurry and didn't say anything to apologize. They had no sense of service.
