Amazing
HHan ByoelStayed one night on our way to Sedona. Great value for the price! Excellent selections for breakfast. Better than average for a Holiday Inn Express. I left some items in the room and they were so kind and helpful in packaging and sending them home.
JJunesdaughterJust needed a place to stay overnight after flying iin. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the showers were great. First time in Phoenix and it was 113. The a/c worked great. We waited about a half hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport after we called, which wasn’t a good start, but once we checked in everything else was great. We were so comfortable. Breakfast was good too, nothing unusual except that the cinnamon buns were excellent! Maybe they have them other places but we’ve been traveling and these were the best. Thought we could save a day on the rental car by picking it up the next day using the hotel shuttle, but we rented from a place that is off site ( with their own airport shuttle) so instead of shuttling twice we just Ubered for $13 and picked it up ourselves. Nice hotel. Helpful staff and really comfortable.

Very Good
LLok Hang SethThe room was standard and was quite clean, the drawbacks was that since the hotel was right next to the highway, it can get quite noisy at night. The AC unit in our room was also quite noisy and made a weird noise. Many of the amenities in the room was not properly refilled. Had to go down to the reception to ask them to refill a few items.
Not great, average stay.
There’s also a $5 parking fee for each overnight stay, which was not mentioned when we booked through Trip.com
TTejaaMy stay at the best western was a pretty nice experience. The complementary breakfast was good and had a pretty wide variety of choices. The staff was pretty nice as well.

Very Good
Aajram9637Good hotel in a quiet location-- hospital area. Parking is $10 a day, however there are some street parking spots on Catalina if you're looking to save the parking cost (just pay attention to no parking zones). Carpet was a bit dirty and hotel shows it's age in some aspects, but overall it was a solid place to stay. Area felt generally safe for being in the city core. All staff were pleasant to deal with.
I stayed for an event downtown. Was planning to take light rail but the station was sort of marginal so ended up driving. Much better value than the downtown hotels, especially if you'll have a vehicle with you.
GGuest UserNo hanging out in the hotel per se, though it is a busy one, people keep to themselves and whatever there doing is there business,as long as it's not visible to others, which in the neighborhood it is,but in the hotel it isn't.
GGuest UserThis hotel is old, the facilities are very old, there is an airport shuttle bus, the staff is polite and welcoming, but it is still too expensive, it feels not worth the price.
AAiqijunThe environment is generally the same, the facilities are relatively simple, it is still possible to live temporarily. The staff inside is also fine. However, the traffic is very convenient, just beside the highway. Self-driving is a good choice.

GGuest UserFriendly staff, accommodations were enough to get through one night and move along. Nothing fancy, just needed a quick stopover to recharge the ol' batteries.
