Déjà se sont des menteurs un barbecue faisant du poisson est présents sur la plage du restaurant à côté de votre table alors que ce n’est pas du tout le poisson que vous aurez dans vos assiettes qui arriveront de la cuisine avec 3 frites surgelées et 3 légumes. Le serveur était incompétent, pas de couvert, répétition 4 fois de nos commandes finalement il échange les sauces et les accompagnements. Nous sommes servis tous en décalés puis il revient car finalement il n’a plus que 4 thons et pas 5. Le service était catastrophique, le barbecue porte à confusion et cela est fait exprès, devoir courir après pour avoir des couverts donc finalement on mange froid, le steak de thon était archi cuit donc dur et ce qu’ils appellent une sauce est en fait de l’ail broyé déposé dessus pour un prix de 15€/personne pour une boisson et ce plat. FUYEZ Le seul truc bien est la présence d’un petit groupe pour le concert.

Das inúmeras viagens que já fiz em 55 anos, não posso deixar passar esta avaliação que é má de mais para acharem que é verdade. Quarto em vez de pintado estava borrado com tinta pelas porta lampadas e moveis, foi tudo a corrido a tinta. Lençóis nojentos cheios de manchas inclusive de sangue paredes nojentas, toalhas rotas e todas encardidas, agua fria com a torneira do lavatório com tanta incrustação de calcário que mais parecia um coral. As almofadas cheias de machas e a cheirar a mofo. Resumindo um verdadeiro pesadelo e falta de higiene total.

Em 48 anos de vida, é mais de 40 viagens, nacionais e internacionais, nunca estive num sítio tão mau. Roupa suja, cortina que faz de veda luz nunca foi lavada desde que ali foi colocada nos anos 80. Ombreira da porta do wc podre, a faltarem bocados de madeira, sem água quente para duche. Roupa da cama suja, nomeadamente com manchas de sangue, Um sério caso de saúde pública.

Not a nice place to stay. We had to move rooms 3 times in the space of 24 hours. Dirty rooms, no safe for valuables (it was stated on the website these were available), blood on the mattress and room not cleaned at any point during the stay (same dirty towels). The pool water was green. Reception were very unhelpful and did not seem to care that the rooms were disgusting and not cleaned despite being asked twice for clean sheets on the beds which had been stained and dirty on arrival. A really unpleasant stay and I would not recommend

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t stay here Beds and sheets were dirty. Towels were old and gross Saw a rat/mouse running around earlier in the day Night time was the worst. Room vibrating with noise from the bar til all hours. Terrible nights stay.

Went there for food. The food was okay, live music (talking about the loop guy, he was awesome) and ambiance was nice. BUT… The service was horrible. They are all about getting more customers that they cannot handle at all. They kept adding new tables and chairs, but next to us there were prople that left because they were waiting for drinks ＞20 minutes (im not exaggerating). We asked for our bill and had to wait for 15 minutes, after paying and waiting for change, no one ever came. We had to go to the bar to “remind” them, they referred us back to our seats and again, it took them 10 minutes to show up with our change.. If it’s busy: do yourself a favour and keep on walking! ;)

Wonderful Seating, affordable cocktails, wonderful live acts and lovely staff. Especially Iwan who treated us brilliantly, very friendly, funny guy who helped us out as much as he could, what a man! 10/10 recommend if you go to Gili T !

Hi beautiful hotel with excellent customer service from Mamet. He was very attentive and gave the best customer service experience I have ever experienced. I will definitely be returning to this beautiful resort. Highly recommended.

Just stopped for coffee and so glad we did. Definitely the best coffee on Gili T. We have travelled to Bali for many years and always look for a nice coffee. Finally found a great little Cafe who takes pride in their coffee. Thank you. Scott & Nicole Melbourne Australia
