Mi hanno fatto cambiare 3 volte la camera in meno di 18 ore. Perché pago una quadrupla ,ma non ne avevano. Altro che relax , fanno pagare per stressare le persone. E non risarciscono per il disagio creato.

Quatre "Towers" desservies par des assenceurs vétustes et parfois en panne, des couloirs tristes et rarement nettoyés, pas de wifi dans les chambres, une seule piscine (belle mais bruyante), pas assez de parasols, mer à plus d'un kilomètre et accesible par navette de l'hotel, pas de parking, etc.

Camera pulita molto panoramica struttura un po datata ma tutto il resto deludente hotel distribuito in 3 torri con ascensori spesso fermi per scarsa manutenzione o perché si bloccano senza motivo ..colazione penosa e un giorno è mancata pure l'acqua!!

Einmalige Aussicht aufs Meer. Infinity Pool war sauber aber ziemlich laut. Animation waren Selbstdarsteller und nur am Buffet präsent. Der hoteleigene Strand ist nur mit Shuttle erreichbar welches in der 2. Woche einfach nicht mehr gefahren ist. Top war nur das Rezeptionsteam. Der Goßteil der (Einheimischen) Gäste hatte 1Stern Ellenbogen-Qualität Frühstück und Abendessen eintönig und lauwarm. Die Reise war ein Sonnenklar Sonderangebot und dementsprechend war auch das Preis-Leistung-Niveau.

Out of season has poor facilities,set on a hillside too extreme to walk far, no local transportation available out of season, airport pick up very expensive, no entertainment, sky tv all In Italian, had to queue for coffee at breakfast. Beautiful location-

Siamo stati in questa struttura per un soggiorno infrasettimanale rilassante, ci siamo trovati bene buon rapporto qualità prezzo, stanza pulita con vista stupenda, mare e isole Eolie. abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione a buffet, cibo buono e buon servizio. Piscina pulita. Noi non abbiamo partecipato alle attività di animazione perché non erano di nostro interesse e abbiamo trovato i ragazzi non invadenti, consigliato

Sono tornata proprio oggi dal resort e beh che dire, sicuramente le foto rispecchiano alla perfezione la realtà. Bellissima la stanza pulita e super profumata. Il cibo è a buffet e non tutto era cucinato bene ma per le tante portate va bene lo stesso. Personale gentile e super accogliente dai camerieri alle signore delle pulizie ai baristi. Ma per me chi merita più di tutto le cinque stelle di recensione è Sara l'animatrice (SPETTACOLARE)che in due sere mi ha fatto venire voglia di stare ancora lì. una bellissima ragazza bravissima nel cabaret , nei balli, e soprattutto nel far ridere e divertire tutti. Ho già visto l'animazione in altri posti ma lei ti trasmette la felicità di cui una persona in vacanza ha bisogno. Sicuramente ritornerò. Sara ti adoro ❤️

Che dire..definirlo un hotel è una parola grossa..forse motel..iniziamo dal dire che per andare dalle stanze alla reception ci vuole l'aiuto di dio ci vogliono almeno 4 ascensori nella 2 torre e 6 ascensore se sei alla 4 torre.. Lunica cosa vista mozzafiato.. animazione ragazzini da soli..non artisti come in altri posti ma ovviamente 3 animatori per centinaia di ospiti.. acqua gialla dalle tubature e dicono che il comune,ti offono di cambiare stanza ma è peggio ancora,la ruggine sta arrivando fino alle stanze Ristorante con 2 portate di primo e un secondo...e a pranzo non ce dolce.. Che dire direttore inesistente con tutti i reclami avuti nemmeno si è indihnato di venire a scusarsi schifo totale mai piu...mai mai mai più Per ultimo piscina carina con bellissima vista di fronte eolie ma anche questo ultima con la pavimentazione rotta Comunque si deve buttare a terra lhotel e rifarlo nuovo sia di struttura che di personale
