Appena trascorso un fine settimana per congresso. Nell'hotel a due passi dal mare. Bello pulito, camere grandi, personale gentile e disponibile. Posto molto accogliente, si mangia bene, gentilissimo Stefano, il ragazzo che lavora al ristorante, molto cortese e professionale. Buonissimo rapporto qualità -prezzo. Vale la pena fare una vacanza e rilassarsi, oltre la vicinanza al mare ha anche una piscina, ristorante con una terrazza vista mare,comodo parcheggio. Lo consiglio sicuramente. Daniela

Incredibly rude staff! We got to the hotel at 11:30 and they told us to wait an hour for our room to be ready. We came back FOUR hours later and got brought up to a room the cleaner had just started cleaning. Not only did the staff not accept that they had made a mistake, but we had to fight with them for half an hour in order to get the clean room we deserved! Additionally, while they advertise free wifi, the wifi in this hotel does not work!

sicuramente un apprezzamento lo meritano lo staff di sala, pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta del cliente. Purtroppo la struttura merita un restyling nella struttura, negli arredi e soprattutto negli infissi, i quali risultano sin troppo obsoleti: con vento forte e mare agitato, non si riesce a dormire dal rumore che entra (stanza 622)!!! Peccato. dalle foto....valutate voi.

Hotel molto grande con parcheggio, situato sul lungomare di Giulianova. Tutto l'hotel è ancora arredato anni 70/80 incluso il personale che, a tratti, non l'ho trovato molto cortese. Noi ci siamo stati per Pasqua e quindi non lo abbiamo potuto valutare nel periodo di alta stagione

Struttura nelle vicinanze del centro facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Non mi sono piaciuti costi occulti che in fase di prenotazione non sono stati dichiarati ma solo a valle della conferma in fondo alla mail, che onestamente mi ero persa ma ben presente in fase di check-out

This property used to be at a top level. The service, food and cleanliness are still good but not at a 4 star level and certainly not for the price they are wanting.
The rooms are very dated and back to a time ( maybe some of you can remember) when expensive hotels bought the early LCD TVs and they were 13” but that was amazing back in the mid 1990’s. those TVs have not been updated and since. Nor the Channel lists to include English.
All in all, great service and beach access is the only thing to write about here.

Sono rimasto una sola notte. Sicuramente è stato in passato un bellissimo albergo. Adesso, essendo un po' datato, avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. Però è in un'ottima posizione, le stanze sono molto ampie e pulite. Buonissima la colazione. L'insonorizzazione delle stanze è un po' carente. Il prezzo è, almeno per il periodo in cui sono stato (ottobre) molto buono. Quindi anche con le limitazioni dovute all'età ritengo che abbia un buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
