"Comfortable and clean rooms (8), reception available (8) and careful room staff (8). Excellent location (10) and beautiful beach (9), with a great free drinking water dispenser H24. However, the kitchen is disappointing (5): the meals do not reflect the hotel's potential. If there were continuous complaints and people who left the tables, there is a reason. Breakfast is exceptional, with 10 cornets! The animation is nice (6), but it might be more varied; six nights on six baby dances and group dances are not enough. It would be nice to value the pine with karaoke, children's magic shows and games for everyone. With some improvement, it could become the top! However, it is especially recommended to families with children"

"Be very careful when buying a room at this hotel, especially if you buy the BIO COMFORT Room. The description and photos of the room will show a room with a sea view. However, you should expect to receive a room with a side sea view. It will simply be a room facing a side street, and if you step out onto the balcony, you'll see the sea to the side. At the reception desk, you'll be told that sea view and side sea view are the same, because you can step out onto the balcony, look to the left, and you'll have a sea view. You should be prepared for very incompetent hotel receptionists. Furthermore, the reception desk has a very crazy rule: the earlier you book a room, the worse the room you'll get. They probably know they'll eventually sell better rooms anyway. You should also be aware that there's major construction underway on the seafront side of the hotel. This construction is being carried out by this hotel, but you won't find any information about it on the hotel website. During my stay, concrete pouring for the foundations and some foundation work were underway. So if you enjoy following construction, this is the perfect hotel for you."

"The property is a country house just outside Giulianova, surrounded by a beautiful park with a swimming pool. It has been tastefully renovated with a modern twist, yet respecting its original character. Neutral colors and natural materials predominate, creating a welcoming, intimate, and relaxing atmosphere. The room is very spacious and bright, with a sleeping area and a large bathroom. The bed is extremely comfortable and there's a selection of pillows. Impeccably clean. The breakfast, featuring local products, is excellent. The owners are truly kind and helpful. The dinner served in their restaurant was also very good. We will definitely return."

"We really fall in love with this excellent apartment/hotel.. our family of 4 stayed in a junior suite … Apartment was very new/ clean with great airconditioning a big refrigerator and a nice induction cooking plate.. nice bed in main bedroom and excellent sleeping couch. Big terrace overlooking the area. Towels for beach are present and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent with a great choice of sweets and savory dishes.. Great coffee included in breakfast. Staff in restaurant but particularly at the reception is extremely helpful and friendly. My advice would be to also book the beach service since all beaches in the area are private. For 20 euro/day you get a nice umbrella, 1 chair and a bed but at the beach it is easy to arrange 2 more comfortable chairs.. since we booked mid august an extra umbrella was not possible ( but also not necessary). The lido ( lido Blu) is okay but nothing special.. Nice swimming pool were always beds are available to enjoy an afternoon cocktail in the shade. Pool is ± 1 m deep… Giulianova is a really relaxed beach city and the complementary bikes, that are always available, are great to enjoy one of the nice seafood restaurants in the area… OVerall a perfect location for a very relaxing beach holiday. We will be back…"
