Check in was easy, just show them the booking. Everything was in order except dryer in laundry Room that was not functioning. Got to bring wet clothings to the next destination.

The hotel is in a very good location, within walking distance of the central train station and subway, next to the St Enoch shopping mall, and very convenient for food, clothing and shopping on the three major pedestrian streets. The hotel staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel facilities are complete, and the trip to Scotland is perfect. Thank you kind and lovely Scottish.

A newly opened hotel in the heart of city centre. The location is walkable distance to Buchanan Street, a place which is good for first timers to start off. The condition of the hotel is clean and new. Will definitely come back if I am visiting Glasgow.

Nice and friendly staff, allow luggage storage in the early morning before our check-in time, hence very convenience for traveller. Hotel is also near the shopping district and the train station, within walking distance.
