"As a solo traveler I got a bed in 8 mixed room, the price was affordable as i need a space just to sleep. The bathroom was clean, the room mates were respectful. The only problem was the common room( the hall ) it was closed most of the times, either for cleaning or for activity from 3rd party , which I accept that and I don’t mind it at all, but some people does. Overall I love it and I’ll do it again"

"Beautiful hotel was my partners birthday and the kind guy Angus at reception upgraded our room and give us a late check out and 2 complimentary drinks so thank you very much, it’s right in the middle of the town with everything all around you rooms are beautiful beds so comfy did get up once and that’s unusual for me haha would definitely book this hotel again"

"We booked Friday and Saturday night as we were going to see the gypsy kings. Book in was easy we stayed in a quadruple room which had a double bed and 3 singles and it was worth every penny and would have been good for families as well as friends.Lovely clean room beds comfortable and the breakfast was good plus the staff in the restaurant were really lovely.. Thank you we will be back"

"Basic hotel but in an ideal location short walk to Sauchihall Street, great restaurants close by. Antipasti if you like Italian. Sichuan house, brilliant Chinese restaurant. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. Free WiFi also a free drink from the bar. We didn't have breakfast we went out to eat but there is breakfast for an extra £12 per day if you prefer."

"The hotel is located to close amenities. The hotel is clean beds are comfortable and have all the basic that is needed. Breakfast was 10/10. Staff were warm friendly. A big shout out to James and all the staff for being so kind and providing excellent customer service. Had a an early flight into Glasgow which meant we were up at 3am and arrived at 8:30am. We were allowed early check in, which was like water in the desert. We were exhausted and was able to sleep and rest. Beds were so comfy and gave us a quiet room. I would definitely stay again. My 1st trip to Glasgow, Scotland and the staff made it amazing. We had a late flight and was able to leave our luggage then come back and wait til we had to leave for airport. Would recommend don’t hesitate just book it!! You won’t regret."

"Parking out the back with a tunnel to walk through to reception. Pay for parking when checking out. Our twin room was comfortable, and perfectly adequate for one night. The location is actually great, right next to the sec , and plenty of options for getting into town. It's a big hotel, so lobby and bar were buzzing at all times."

"The place was clean nice and quiet. However the wifi signal I would say was one of the worst that I have ever seen, let alone I was in one of the closest rooms from the front desk. Service was fine in general but on the second last day of my stay, the LED light strip got dismounted and fell, some might see it as a big deal but it didn't really bother me. I was on a tight schedule so my first available opportunity to let them know about it was when I came back at the end of the day, to my surprise their front desk initial response didn't seem to be apologetic instead was questioning when did it happen and why didn't I let them know earlier. I hope that wasn't a standard level of their front desk service."

"I first stayed here on December 20th and was so impressed with the location, room comfort, and service that I booked a second stay for the 22nd after returning from the Isle of Skye. You can check in online in advance, and when you arrive, just enter your booking details at the lobby to get your room key. For a UK hotel, the rooms are quite spacious. It's clean, and they provide shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. You'll need to bring your own slippers and toothbrush. It's about a 15-minute walk from the central train station, which is very convenient. The hotel's back entrance leads directly to a pedestrian street with a supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops. The hotel lobby has a pool table, and the lounge area is large, perfect for reading or meeting guests. The service is also excellent."

"Stayed overnight here for a business trip. Very handy as it's a 5-10min walk from Glasgow Queen Street Station. Friendly reception staff, nice spacious room with a comfy bed."

"The hotel is right next to the subway, and it's also very convenient to walk to Central Station and Queen Street Station. The apartment-style rooms are suitable for all types of travelers, especially with a kitchen available (the only downside is no cooking oil or seasonings). During our stay, we experienced two fire alarms (once in the room, once for the entire building). Perhaps due to the language barrier, the response didn't seem very well handled. Guests spontaneously moved outside the building, and because it was so sudden, we weren't dressed warmly enough. We saw some people with emergency blankets, but we didn't know how to get one. Hotel staff came out and said they needed to wait to confirm the source of the alarm, but afterward, we just saw other guests returning to the hotel and followed them back. We never found out what happened until we checked out. Other than that, everything else was good, and I still recommend choosing them."
