Nice room. Good location. Friendly staff. Very Expensive breakfast, subway round corner £4 breakfast roll with coffee. Lots of building work round hotel, noise starts around seven.

Great hotel, great staff. Very pleasant stay. Breakfast was done to a high standards and good quality coffe. The only downside that the carpet had a lot of stains on it in the room, and as i was staying with the child who wants to play on the floor

The room is spacious but it’s a little far from the scotrail station. The fitness room is decent tho.

Delightful staff, thanks to Sonia for hospitality and sorting out parking. Bar restaurant reception inviting comfortable welcoming, easily chillout environment Rooms a little tired looking but clean spacious Happily recommend to all.

There is nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but there is a construction site around the hotel. The construction started very early in the morning, and it was difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. There was a truck blocking the road when entering, and I had to wait for half a day in the rain. When I left the hotel the next day, there was another truck unloading, and I also had to wait for half a day.

The cleanliness of the room was average, there was hair in the shower drain and dust in some areas. The hotel service is very good, we asked for a crib for the baby and they gave us a fairly clean one and it is appreciated that they provided it with sheets. The beds are comfortable as are the pillows. The shower is good and so is the Rituals gel/shampoo. The location is not bad, about 15 minutes walk from the central station.

The hotel's value for money is super high. Be sure to have English breakfast at the hotel. It costs 12 pounds to buy in the lobby one day in advance. Children eat breakfast for free.

I like the big bed very much. It is also very warm.
