The Spires Serviced Apartments Glasgow

I had an EXTREMELY WONDERFUL stay at the Spires Serviced Apartment in Glasgow, the flat itself I am calling a penthouse, with open view windows from its open kitchen to lounge area to overlook the city of Glasgow, and the bed is super comfortable. All well quipped flat with all the things you need, including laundry/drying machine and dish washer (both detergents provided), even the cheese board is prepared!!!!!!! Staff is super friendly and professional, I had a little check-in contingency as the key wasn’t working and it was 6ish pm, the staff was on holiday but still came all the way within half an hour to help me change the key! Super impressive! She greets everyone at reception all the time with a big smile!!!!! Excellent stay experience I have ever had in Glasgow!!!!!!! Love it so much!!!!!

This apartment was great, spacious, and had everything we needed for a few day stay. The location is great for exploring Glasgow. However, this company only operates during normal business hours so if you book your stay or make a payment to them outside 9am-5pm, it does not register in their system. I booked through ******* and had a lot of trouble confirming my booking, getting a confirmation, and receiving check in instructions. I showed up after hours and was unable to check in. Spent 20 minutes on the phone with their emergency line as they looked to confirm that I had paid for my reservation. They said that they had tried to call me but I’m from the US and didn’t have access to my voicemail. Everyone was very friendly in person but kind of brushed aside what happened. I don’t think that I would stay here again because of the hassle.

Very comfortable quiet apartment, friendly staff. Small amount of noise from street but not too bad at all. Slept very well. Well equipped

My friends and I had a lovely weekend at The Spires, Glasgow. The spacious accommodation is very central and close to Glasgow's many amenities. The flat was comfortable, clean, tidy and perfect for a weekend in Glasgow. We received detailed access instructions prior to our arrival and everything worked out as advised. The staff The Spires were also v0ery helpful. Can highly recommend for a visit to Glasgow and we would certainly stay at The Spires again.

cannot speak highly enough of this location, city breaks always give you access to many options for food, shopping , entertainment venues and transport BUT where you start your base for your stay within a city and your experience of comfort during the times before and after you go out in the city is MASSIVE, this location was so comfortable and to have more than a bed in a hotel room but to ME felt like a little hoe from home, all options to have a functioning kitchen and a fridge to have that option to stay on budget if you cant afford to go out to eat you can get great people watching from the apartment, make your own food if you choose. MOST IMPORTANT and the reason i have now stayed here 3 times within last fortnight was our original visit.....easy check in options even after reception is closed, great phoone staff who even off site are very knowledgeable and adapted to a very particular issue we had where we couldnt use the lift due to a fear of small spaces, they adapted and changed our room so we could access an apartment that didnt require that. ALWAYS BOOK direct on their specific website as much more flexibility if the option on that day depending on other bookings is there for you to have a wee extra hour on standard checkout so you can get that wee extra bit of time in the shower to wake you up from you amazing night out on the town. Personal appreciation and recognition of the on phone remote team RITCHIE and GARY who were involved in my experience and making it smoother and to LIZ on location who was so informative and friendly BUT ULTIMATE REASON from 1st visit that made us come back 2 further times so quickly after 1st experience is DENISE DENISE, so friendly and a joy, thankyou all......be back as soon as i get paid next wage

We had a great stay at the Spires Apartments in Glasgow. The communication before our stay was very good, and the entrance instructions were very simple. The location is perfect for the centre of the city, close to bars, restaurants and exploring. The NCP car park is only across the road with good rates through the accommodation. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and clean. There were five of us and we fitted in easily with additional sleeping space in the living room. The accommodation is very close to town and bars so we could hear people heading home late at night from the living room (even on the 5th floor) but the bedrooms were very quiet. Overall it was a great stay and good value.

I love staying in this property. The staff were so friendly, helpful and gave us excellent recommendations. The apartment was incredibly spacious and the central location meant we could walk to where we needed to go. I would stay here again.

We had stayed at the apartments back in 2014 when we were married at Arta and needed accommodation close by Our stay was great then and also now Loved having the washer dryer as it allowed us to go home with no laundry!! The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need or could need!! It was a perfect location for us for our Christmas concert, a little shopping and a little excellent food and drink!! Although we are Glasgow residents the apartments give you all the home comforts you need without the taxi home One small suggestion….. a TV in the bedroom!! We really missed this!!
