As other reviewers state, the windows barely open and it can get hot in the unit. The bed was comfortable, and there was enough space/seating for us. It is 2 blocks from the Kings Theatre, and 1 block from sauchiehall St. - very convenient The bathroom had a heated drying rack - very nice Coordinating the entry into the building and unit wasn't straightforward, so that is the reduced "Communication" rating. Once it got figured out, all was good. There is an extra deposit directly payable to the Premier, so be warned that is due 24 hours in advance.

Ive been here a week..first two nights my bedroom was really cold..it turned out heating wasnt working..so they gave me a fan heater…theres no instructions for the washing machine…no instructions for the dish washer..no instructions for the safe..no-one has bothered to replace the loo roll..kitchen utensils are old and a bit useless..knives dont cut..cooker is a bit dirty and neglected..this place is only good for a couple of nights but terrible for long term stay…premier is not a word i would use to describe this place!!!!!!!!!

We washed a load of clothes only because we thought the dryer would work. We put the dryer on for a long time, clothes still wet, we then put on again and left it going overnight and still the clothes were just as wet. Extremely frustrating as we had followed the instructions carefully ☹️☹️☹️

Stayed in a fantastic 2 bed apartment on the 2nd floor. It was absolutely huge! Main bathroom was lovely. Really big and clean. Main bedroom had ensuite as well which was a bonus. Kitchen had everything ypu could need including an almost silent washer/dryer. We used the underground car park too. Could not fault our 2 night stay. Didn't meet any staff and didn't need to contact as there were no issues. Due to location, space and facilities, we would definitely choose premier suites rather than a hotel next time.

over rated for what you get we had a penthouse room on 7th floor, and balcony, but if you stay for 2 days you cant have access to the balcony, if you stay a week they will give you access to balcony, cant understand what the difference is. The place is very clean and the maintenance guys are very helpful, on out last visit one of them gave us access to the balcony, but was told by the rude women on reception that new contract is in place, so no access. We deal with contracts all the time, and my wife had this women on a verbal stranglehold, my wife fires off questions she was unable to reply back. In the end this rude women said 'Im not talking to you anymore' and walked off. Is that the way to handle a business. Behind us were 2 other couples waiting to complain. Access to the building is via a code, nice and easy. You have a kitchen, and can bring food in, and all the plates, cutlery, cups, glasses all provided. The beds are really small but comfortable, but to small for large people, one bedroom has on-suite, and one main bathroom. We will be sending the owner an e-mail for his views on the rude women The Chinese women on reception is opposite to the rude one, she is helpful, and always smiling. In the past we've always had good deals but not anymore, hence will not be going back.

First night ruined by another resident's all-night rave because the apartment block has no security. (Queen St.) Moved to their Bath St. building and had to wait over an hour and a half to get into our apartment one night because the card mechanism on door didn't work and they could not locate the master key. What would they have done if a resident had fallen inside an apartment or a resident required access to take medication. Further, no one in the team thought to message me the following morning to let me know when the door would be fixed. Their lack of security and general incompetence has cost them our repeat business.

An excellent apartment well located for a visit to glasgow. The electronic key was a little problematic but the issues were resolved swiftly by the phone reception service who were polite, swift and checked back to ensure all was ok
