Always a joy to stay here. Rooms comfortable with everthing you need. Sockets, mirrors, light all in right plac in rooms. Care and attention to detail. Beds very comfortable.

You don't need to step outside: great food, great restaurant, great bar, and wonderful and friendly service. But should you decide to do so, you'll find yourself in the best corner of Scotland best city. (I'd say Britain's, but am still tossing up between Glasgow and Leeds!)
Cafes, independent shops, bars and restaurants, walks, parks, and museums a cynical 15 year old had to be dragged out of. Fantastic time. We booked an extra night. Don't expect the Shangri la. But authentic and homely. I will be back.

Very comfortable hotel , rooms have everything one would need. Only took off one star in amenities as staffing level at the bar and breakfast service was utterly insufficient for the number of guests. The staff themselves were very pleasant and helpful so not their issue . Management of staff Rita’s need improvement
