Made the booking approximately two weeks in advance and requested (1) a quiet room on a higher floor and (2) 2pm checkout as IHG member (this is standard in Holiday Inn Express in the UK). Upon arrival both requests were ignored and the staff made no additional efforts to address those. Location is good. Breakfast was acceptable, not good.

Great value, especially for the centre of Glasgow. Only had breakfast there, which had a great choice of hot and cold food. Went for a really nice Thai meal at Thai Orchid - highly recommended 👌
