The location was fantastic right next to the train station. The room was very clean and staff were very helpful. There are restaurants nearby so food was easy to get, the city center can also be easily reaached by foot.

Already paid via Trip.com and the check-in receptionist asked for my credit card for incidentals, which was perfectly reasonable. However the 100gbp pending charge somehow became a permanent charge and there was no refund even after one full week. Tried to reach out to hotel but failed and now I have to prepare all documentation and go through my credit card dispute system. Only occurrence during our two-week travel in the UK. Really disappointed about this Moxy. 😕

I've stayed here twice. It's conveniently located at the intersection. The disadvantage is that the room is small and the breakfast is not so rich. Mainly economical, cost-effective
