Excellent welcome and service from staff as usual. However the Glasgow CitizenM feels in need of an overhaul compared to more recent ones I’ve stayed in. Water squirted out of the shower attachment,a bit of the shower kept following off (not serious but irritating) and the desk looked scruffy. Location is great as it’s near bus/train stations,the underground and lots of great pubs and restaurants

Great experience, love that it's pretty much self check- in. The rooms are layed out well and I liked that I could control the TV /lights etc via an iPad. Beds are super comfy and Pillows are perfect didn't wake up with a sore neck... so I requested a late check which is £29 but it's worth it if you don't fancy a 11am check out.

The first and second floors of the hotel are modern and modern. It is very comfortable to read books and brush mobile phones. The breakfast is 14.95 pounds per person. The quality is also good, and the service attitude is very good.

Good location, room a bit small

Check in was very impersonal, had issues with doing the sell service, the girl at the desk did help us but the whole check in procedure wasnt the best. The room was nice but it wasn't the cleanest. The bottom and top of the bed was covered in hair/dust and didnt look like it had been cleaned. When getting ready to leave this morning, we noticed that the actual duvet was black with mould but the cover hid it. The pillows are very uncomfortable and 1 small pillow each wasn't enough and the actual bed wasnt the comfiest. We had been recommended this hotel but both my wife and myself werent overly impressed. The guy on reception asked how our stay was when checking out and when i tried to let him know about this, it was ignored and he just left it at "have a good day". Really dissapointed considering its not the cheapest hotel around.

Great city centre location, quiet rooms, automated check-in and check-out, excellent social space

It's a great quirky hotel, but would benefit from a tad more storage space and tea/coffee making equipment in the rooms.

Room small and only good for resting not relaxing. Bed fine but pillows offer no neck support. Fab common areas for working as a group or as a solo- plenty of breakout areas with plenty of power points.

Not for us im afraid hardley any room to swing a cat and no air con and getting in our out of bed is bonkers if you wake up throught the night better hitels for the money paid

I love this hotel!! Our room had an enormous bed and a very cool toilet and shower cubicle with mood led lighting. Everything was controlled by the tablet in the room. You can cast from your phone to the tv so say you want to watch a film and you have netflix or something, you can watch it on the tv. Very clean. Very friendly staff and only a 5 minute (if that) walk from buchannan bus station! Perfectly situated for everything Glasgow has to offer!

The hotel was great, staff friendly and the hotel very clean. However the internet was down for about 8 hours not ideal when needing wifi to connect to Australia.
