I would not stay there again the look out the window was to a tipping sight and a work yard I paid £352 for 2 nights to look out to that is a disgrace

Lift is horrible as you can not understand how it can be used. Why need to do so complicated things for people.
Room was not very clean such a shame for such a quite big price for room.
Pool area, we could not get there as normal people as lift was not working, they asked us to dress up and fo out to and reach another entrance, not comfortable at all as you do not want wear your jacket and all bring all your staff to the pool when you can just take a towel.
Nice place. Very good staff however I do not recommend it for such a high price.

2 out of 3 lifts working and blooming weird.Select floor from outside the lift which is a major pain if the lobby is full. It will tell you which lift is an available which is impossible if busy as no one wants you pushing past them for the lift. Book in was slow as 1 person for a group of just under 200 guests. That said, room was great but lift in the morning, same issue. Our friend was staying alone and had a walk in shower and larger room which was weird. Not a great place if you are part of a a large tour but as single customers we would go again.

I always stay here when in Glasgow, reception staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well appointed , ( some better TV channels would be an improvement) and I love the showers. Food is lovely, I always have the tomahawk pork, and I always enjoy breakfast, which has a great choice and the service is good .
