房間足夠大，不過即使在夏天，房子也比較冷，不過這是蘇格蘭的關係，酒店隔音不太好，樓上的人走動聽得見，附近環境很好，吃的就他們自帶的飯店，最好要預約，否則要等

We booked a last minute stay in the superior pod for the bank holiday Sunday this weekend. The moment we arrived the staff were so helpful, the pod was immaculate and clearly well taken care of. The pod was a great size with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed/facilities. We went into the bar for dinner and had two fantastic pizzas. The breakfast included with our stay was also plentiful and fresh. immaculate and impeccable night away. So glad we did it! We will be back.

We visited last Saturday and asked if the restaurant served gluten free. They advised that they had a gluten free menu but they could only call it ‘gluten friendly’ as there were two dishes that were cross contaminated in a fryer. The front of house advised that the pizza was a lovely gluten free base so two of my family members who have coeliac disease ordered the pizza. On our journey home they were both violently sick by the side of the road and my son was in bed for 2 days ill. I contacted the hotel via email which was a week ago now and they haven’t even replied. Clearly they don’t understand the implications of being complacent with allergens or the UK legislation around labelling the food gluten free. It really isn’t hard but maybe the staff need trained on cross contamination. Their laid back approach to the disease left my child in bed for the remainder of the long weekend. If you have allergies I would avoid which is disappointing as we visit this area all the time and the staff are always lovely we have used the coffee shop many times.

Oak Tree Inn is a delight. Set next to the lake and opposite a park, the views are beautiful. We had dinner here as well as breakfast and both meals were delicious. Special shoutout to Amy who served us at dinner - she’s an excellent wait person. Loved the banter with her. Sleeping was cosy and warm. Would love to stay longer next time.

The Oak tree inn is a place really worth visiting. A pleasant and service-oriented staff. The room &bath were clean, and had with good beds. Last but not least, the food were fantastic! We really recommend their steak pie. The Oak tree inn is a small place with a cozy and good atmosphere

I had a fantastic stay at the oak tree inn. Stunning location, very welcoming, friendly staff, great food and drink. Room was spotlessly clean. No hesitation recommending and will definitely stay again. Stunning views of Loch Lomond just a short walk away. Even better if you head up to the viewpoint!

We stayed in one of the cottages. The accommodation was ok. It felt cheaply constructed with very thin walls (no sound insulation to upstairs) and basic facilities. There was no clothes storage space for example. It was ok for one night, but we were glad we were not staying longer. The food and drink at the centre were ok. The location is good and certainly it is worth staying for a stop-over, but it's not a destination location.

Stayed here for day one of the West Highland Way. Warm and friendly welcome. Beautiful room, very clean and stylish. Amazing location on banks of Loch Lomond and ideal WHW day one stop off. Great breakfast. Food and service great, very friendly and welcoming.
