We absolutely LOVED our stay here, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, we had the best night sleep, and the shower was so powerful it woke us up well, the breakfast was lovely, it's a great location to ibrox!!
Will definitely go again!!

For the first time ever I phoned reception to complain about the noise. There was a function going on downstairs that was so obnoxious. When I called reception the guy who answered just sighed, told me that he'd had several complaints and the music would continue until 12.45...
The corridor was SO noisy. All the doors are set to slam closed. And slam they do....
I was travelling with my 10 year old daughter. We both had a terrible night's sleep.
Staff didn't ask how my stay was or how I'd slept when checking out. As a frequent traveller I think that's the first time this has happened. Probably just as well as I'd have told them....
The room was clean but there was no shampoo in the container in the bathroom. Very basic.
Saving grace was the swimming pool. Especially with a 10 year old. We were allowed to swim in the morning which really cheered her up.

Hotel was lovely and clean but- staff weren’t very helpful the facilities were terrible one changing room with no space for lockers or anything - changing room was freezing, people were glaring at us for using the pool with my little girl, wasn’t a great experience at all

I stayed three nights while away from work and on the first night I was in a room
With a connecting door and I heard everything from the couple next door. And I mean everything! I asked to move and the staff were very nice about it. Also, breakfast wasn’t amazing, and the orange juice was watered down!
