Location is okay. Cleanness is so bad and you could smell the distinct smell of *********, which makes you dizzy and unable to sleep. Too noisy.

2nd year I've stayed hear, very clean, warm, great staff. Breakfast good and 10/15 mins walk from the hydro and amenities. Would recommend highly.

The location is very good, next to kelvingrove park and kelvingrove museum. Across the park is the University of Glasgow. The service was friendly and helped me store the boxes. There is only a hand-twisted door handle on the door, and there is no lock at all. I live in a hotel in a foreign country that cannot be locked... It is recommended that Ctrip make an assessment in the future. I don't know how such a hotel passes the review.
