It was smooth fast booking and confirmation, good location, clean rooms and good amenities. I enjoyed myself and will be booking another more stay in July

Except for the good location, everything else is terrible. The staff are indifferent and the room has been undisturbed for three days in a row. The "Clean" sign is clearly put up at nine o'clock every day, but when I come back at nine o'clock in the evening, it is still as messy as the day before. A completely different feeling from the Edinburgh hotel we stayed at before! I will never choose this hotel again!

Perfect location in Glasgow right beside the train station
Staff on reception were so friendly and lovely
A four star hotel I'm not sure it is that. We have stayed in better travelodges .
Room was very dated and tired looking .
The paint work in bathroom was terrible and very dirty windows .
Having said that the bed was very comfy even although the double room was so small for 2 of us .
