At least 3 Scottish staff members have the worst people skills, using words like "love" in a Condescending tone is not acceptable!! Room was nice and clean, menu options in the evening are very poor, where's the lasagne and basic meals?

Upon arrival, we met a other 2 parties that had disabled people in and they seemed positive about staying here (wasn't their first time) which put my mind at ease. Room and hotel was clean, spacious and exactly what we asked for. Bed was left a bit to be desired considering I was with my husband but didn't stop us from relaxing and enjoying ourselves. Super friendly staff who are eager to help and other parties staying were very considerate of others. Overall great experience.

Room clean and comfy, though noise from neighbouring rooms. Disability access good, though unable to help during breakfast for those who cannot use buffet service. Can take to room at dinner but not breakfast. Make sure to get WiFi code at check-in, they forgot mine.

Busy reception (take that were playing) but receptionist didn't speak to me no info about my way out in case of fire (I'm a wheelchair user) no info on check out restaurant bar nothing. Very disappointed. Only good thing was the location opposite the OVO hydro. My room view was a car park. Not sure if any accessible rooms have a Clyde/hydro view? Very disappointed for the money I paid

Had a great stay again at the hotel. We were welcomed by the lovely Michelle who checked us in smoothly and very professional and friendly. Michelle actually served us a few years ago when we visited and she remembered us and we were reminiscing. Room was comfortable, clean and lovely views. Breakfast was yummy. I would highly recommend and especially if going to the OVO Hydro.

Room hot and stuffy, window can’t open so no ventilation. Heating/colling will only go down to 19 degrees so could t use that. Lumpy bed along with the heat meant a restless night. View out the window was a grey wall about 8 feet away so poor natural light. TV remote not working have to use buttons on side of tv. Neither the HDMI socket on the wall nor on the back of the TV were working, nor was the USB and only 4 channels available. Ordered poached eggs, took 10 minutes and one came out half cooked, floppy hash browns, solid beans, shoe leather for bacon. I have to stay in Premeir Inns fairly often most of which are OK, I think visit is the worst I’ve had, worse even than the Premier Inn in Goole.

Worst check in experience ever! Arrived at 1pm ready to pay £10 for an early check in (as previously advised was ok) we were advised room wasn't ready to check again soon, 2pm still not ready! 3pm normal check in time, still not ready!! Queue for check in was out the door by this time. We spoke to people who queued for 45 mins to check in. We actually didn't get our room until 4.30pm! We had a concert at night and still had to get ready and have dinner. We were told the people from this morning had all stayed til 12noon and didn't check out early. Surely when they know they are full again the next night they should make sure the check out is 11am to give enough time to turn the rooms around. Our room was fine once we were actually in it but really disappointed to have this check in problem. Parking on site is good and only £5 for 24 hrs. Breakfast was good, afternoon /evening meal was ok ish .

The stay was very comfy, hotel room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is ok. You can reach the center easily by one bus. . It is quite beautiful property, new, fresh, comfy, highly suggested for families, but they makes us step on the dirty ground in our room and expect us to go to bed like that. After long trip you get tired and everything once you go into your room you want to take shower and go to your bed with clean feeds. It is not possible in this hotel. We asked the reception to give us slippers but they don't have it. However, the worst thing was the response of the receptionist, the old lady told me it is Premier inn, it is a basic hotel, I told her it is a basic thing we asked for. I don't understand this. Why slippers are considered luxury in this hotel? We haven't had any other problems neither with the staff nor with the venue but the damn slippers.. We asked the reception to allow us to the breakfast without extra charges they didn't even ask the duty manager they directly rejected this request. We did not want to go for breakfast without knowing it. But the hotel didn't allow us. I wanted to eat at the hotel once I arrived but the bar said kitchen was closed at 22.00. They didn't offer me any other solutions. So I had to order from outside. I wanted to enjoy a warm food at the hotel after long day but the service quality was bad.

Obviously the location of the hotel for the Ovo Hydro is ideal but the quadruple inflation of the price when there is a decent concert on is daylight robbery. Agreed it was a busy weekend for them but the room was not clean and smelled of sweaty feet. The hotels public areas are looking a bit shabby too but that said the staff were lovely and the breakfast was good so not all bad.
