The room has no air conditioning. I turned on the fan and the noise was so loud that I almost didn't sleep all night. No Wi-Fi yet. There is no elevator. The mattress sank in like sand. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none.

We loved our stay.
It’s an older hotel but the furniture and everything else in the room was like new.
If there wasn’t a tv in the room it would’ve felt like we had traveled back in time.
I will definitely recommend and be returning. The location is clean and safe. Only downside is parking.
Other than that, I’d give it 5 Stars
If you’re looking for a good place to eat….don’t go for the hype and big stores. Little stand around the corner The Great White Hut is a must.

The hotel is quaint and in a nice area. The hotel is very quiet. The bedding is comfortable and the room was pleasant. I could not get ice. The machine was broken. I think the TV worked but never could figure it out.

Stayed on honeymoon. As we said that it is the first time in Glendale, the hotel staff kindly told us the recommended restaurants and shops. The building itself is dated, but the facilities are clean and comfortable.

The property is very nice and is indeed a boutique hotel. An elevator would make al the difference. Perhaps a microwave in the room would be nice, but I imagine the older wiring may not be able to handle the load.
