"The hotel offers excellent value for money. Located in Glendale, one of the safest areas in LA, it's within a 40-minute drive of the airport and major attractions. The hotel is very new, with a gym featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a small swimming pool. Breakfast is free, and toiletries are available at the front desk. Parking is $25 per night, which is incredibly cheap in the US these days (around $75 per night in San Francisco). There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants within walking distance. Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's are about 1 kilometer away, both offering Alo Yoga, a local specialty."

"The GOOD: clean, modern looking, felt safe, mostly quiet (aside from the constant stomping noise) nice large TV, nice fridge (no light inside tho), hidden parking area, lots of stores around, didn't see any bugs/roaches, had extra towels, toilet paper, soap in check-in area, etc. The BAD: Even though they are single story rooms, I heard constant stomping from what sounded like a thin lady above me, CONSTANT! Didn't matter if I returned at 2pm, 2am, 7am, noon, this person never seemed to leave their room. Sooo irritating! Also, I returned at 4am and all the parking spots were taken. As soon as I went into my room, a person came out of another room and left, leaving a space available. I had to go back outside and move my car to that empty space. PARKING SPOTS SHOULD BE GUARANTEED FOR THOSE WHO PAID THE $10/NIGHT FEE TO PARK HERE, WHICH IS ANOTHER DOWNSIDE, THE $10/NIGHT PARKING FEE. I had already booked this place for 2 weeks before I found this out!"

"The room was big, which was nice. The window was also huge, but it only opened a little. They sold a large cup of Shin Ramyun at the gift shop on the first floor, but I think it was over $5. There's a Trader Joe's across the street, which was really nice. The location was a bit disappointing."

"I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed, but they said there was one available and upgraded me to a larger room with two beds for free. Also, when I arrived early, they arranged for me to be able to enter the room earlier than the original check-in time. Furthermore, when I asked if I could delay check-out as my son was feeling a little unwell, I naturally assumed I would have to pay for it, but they extended it for free. The room was also clean, spacious and comfortable. I had a very pleasant stay, including their thoughtfulness. Thank you very much."

"Traffic jams are very serious in Downtown Los Angeles, so we chose this hotel far from the city center. It took us more than an hour to drive from the Avenue of Stars (high way was also congested). Across the street from the hotel is a mall, which has everything from food, clothing, housing and transportation. Restaurants include Din Tai Fung, Marugame Seimen, conveyor belt sushi, food center, etc. There is also a target (three floors), which has CVS, fresh fruits, snacks and various daily necessities. However, although it is across the street, it is still recommended to drive there, because most people in the United States drive, and there is no one on the road, which is a bit dangerous. Moreover, the entrance of the mall is not on the roadside, but on the parking lot. If you walk, you need to go around the entire mall to enter. On the second day of our stay, we arranged to go to Universal Studios, which is about 20 minutes by car from the hotel, which is very convenient. Parking is free at the hotel. There is a parking lot on the same floor (1st floor) as the check-in counter. You can enter the B1 parking lot by going around the hotel to the other side. If the car does not find a spot on the 1st floor, it cannot go directly to B1. It needs to leave the venue and go around to B1 (people can take the elevator to the 1st floor or B1). When checking in, if you need to park, the waiter will add a parking permit to your room card. You can just swipe the room card when the vehicle leaves. After checking out, the waiter will return the room card to you. After the vehicle leaves, there will be a drop-in box next to the card swiping machine. Throw the room card in and you can leave directly. It is very convenient. There is 24-hour self-service coffee and tea on the second floor of the hotel, and breakfast is also on the second floor. Breakfast is simple eggs, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, etc., a relatively standard American breakfast. For me, the only disadvantage of the hotel is the shower, because I went with my child, and the hotel's shower is fixed and cannot be removed. It was very embarrassing when I helped the child take a bath."
