"The receptionist was kind, polite, and lovely! The room was simple and clean. The room was clean, and the area around the hotel was safe, so I'm glad I chose this hotel. There are many malls nearby, so I walked there many times to shop. I liked the mall with its beautiful fountain! Even when I was outside at around 10pm, there were families and young women walking around, so it seemed safe. Cleaning is done every three days. After cleaning, there is a paper with a QR code on it, which you can use to pay a tip. There is a microwave in the room, so I was able to buy frozen food at Target and heat it up! I wish I had brought cutlery and plates from Japan to eat the midnight snack I bought at the supermarket, lol. I recommend Fox's Restaurant, which is next door! I'd love to stay here again when I visit Los Angeles again."

"Very good. The hotel room is very big. The sofa is another bed. The laundry room costs US$ 3.5 for laundry, US$ 3.5 for drying, and parking fee of US$ 30 a day is deducted from the deposit. There is a 24-hour gym and a swimming pool. The location is good, and there is Din Tai Fung next to it. I like it very much"

"The hotel was in a really good area for what we wanted to do and the staff were helpful. The room was spacious, a split living area and bedroom which was good as it let us spread out. All areas were clean and the drink machine in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. The only problem we had was the WiFi was a bit spotty and didn’t work in all areas other than that would stay again"

"The room is very small. After checking out, the front desk inexplicably deducted the deposit. I went back and negotiated and dealt with it. The hotel is on the second floor, without stairs, very close to the Porto bakery, and the entrance is a public parking area"

"Everything was on self service because it was labour protest during that period so no staff was there for room service. Luckily the protest was started in the morning not midnight, at least we had a good sleep. The room was spacious than what I expected and with mountain view. Able to see sunset and sunrise. Parking is available but need to pay $24 per day."

"The hotel offers excellent value for money. Located in Glendale, one of the safest areas in LA, it's within a 40-minute drive of the airport and major attractions. The hotel is very new, with a gym featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a small swimming pool. Breakfast is free, and toiletries are available at the front desk. Parking is $25 per night, which is incredibly cheap in the US these days (around $75 per night in San Francisco). There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants within walking distance. Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's are about 1 kilometer away, both offering Alo Yoga, a local specialty."

"I booked a room with a bed and sofa bed, but they said there was one available and upgraded me to a larger room with two beds for free. Also, when I arrived early, they arranged for me to be able to enter the room earlier than the original check-in time. Furthermore, when I asked if I could delay check-out as my son was feeling a little unwell, I naturally assumed I would have to pay for it, but they extended it for free. "Traffic jams are very serious in Downtown Los Angeles, so we chose this hotel far from the city center. It took us more than an hour to drive from the Avenue of Stars (high way was also congested). Across the street from the hotel is a mall, which has everything from food, clothing, housing and transportation. Restaurants include Din Tai Fung, Marugame Seimen, conveyor belt sushi, food center, etc. There is also a target (three floors), which has CVS, fresh fruits, snacks and various daily necessities. However, although it is across the street, it is still recommended to drive there, because most people in the United States drive, and there is no one on the road, which is a bit dangerous. Moreover, the entrance of the mall is not on the roadside, but on the parking lot. If you walk, you need to go around the entire mall to enter. On the second day of our stay, we arranged to go to Universal Studios, which is about 20 minutes by car from the hotel, which is very convenient. Parking is free at the hotel. There is a parking lot on the same floor (1st floor) as the check-in counter. You can enter the B1 parking lot by going around the hotel to the other side. If the car does not find a spot on the 1st floor, it cannot go directly to B1. It needs to leave the venue and go around to B1 (people can take the elevator to the 1st floor or B1). When checking in, if you need to park, the waiter will add a parking permit to your room card. You can just swipe the room card when the vehicle leaves. After checking out, the waiter will return the room card to you. After the vehicle leaves, there will be a drop-in box next to the card swiping machine. Throw the room card in and you can leave directly. It is very convenient. There is 24-hour self-service coffee and tea on the second floor of the hotel, and breakfast is also on the second floor. Breakfast is simple eggs, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, etc., a relatively standard American breakfast. For me, the only disadvantage of the hotel is the shower, because I went with my child, and the hotel's shower is fixed and cannot be removed. It was very embarrassing when I helped the child take a bath."
