AAnonymous UserFirst time in Glendale, I have a good impression of this area, the nearby shopping mall is very good to visit. It is relatively close to Universal Studios, and it is convenient to take a taxi.
The front desk is friendly, the room is large, and the breakfast variety is not too much but enough to fill the stomach.

JJuneChen1209Los Angeles dowm town traffic jam is very serious, this time deliberately chose this hotel away from the city center. From the Avenue of Stars, we drove for more than an hour (high way traffic jam). Across the road from the hotel is a mall, food, clothing, housing and transportation. The restaurant has Ding Taifeng, Maru Turtle Noodles, swirling sushi, food center, etc., and a target (three floors), which contains CVS, fresh fruit, snacks and various daily necessities. However, although it is opposite the road, it is recommended to drive there, because most people in the United States drive, no one on the road, a bit dangerous, and the door of the mall is not on the roadside, in the parking lot, if you walk, you need to bypass the entire mall to enter.
On the second day of our stay, we arranged for Universal Studios to drive there from the hotel, about 20 minutes, very convenient.
Hotel parking is free. There is a parking lot on the same floor (1st floor) of the check-in counter. You can enter the B1 parking lot from the other side of the hotel. If the car does not find a location on the first floor, you can't go directly to B1. You need to leave the venue and then go around B1 (people can take the elevator to the first floor or B1). When checking in, you said that you need to park. The waiter will add a Parking permit to your room card. You can swipe the room card directly when the vehicle comes out. After check out, the waiter will return the room card to you. After the card vehicle is on the scene, there will be a drop in box next to the card machine. Throw the room card in and you can go directly, which is very convenient.
There is a 24-hour buffet coffee and tea on the 2nd floor of the hotel, and breakfast is also on the 2nd floor. Breakfast is simple eggs, muffins, berries, oats, etc., a standard American breakfast.
For me, the only drawback of the hotel is the shower, because I am taking the child, the hotel shower is fixed, can not be taken down, help the child to take a bath is very embarrassed.

บวกกับถ้าอยู่ชั้นล่างได้ยินเสียงชั้นบนตลอดเวลาเลย
ที่จอดรถมีน้อยและแบบช่องแคบคือจอดได้แต่เปิดประตูลำบาก และถ้าที่จอดรถเต็มเลยจอดริมถนนหน้ารร แต่ต้องมาย้ายรถก่อน 7 โมงเช้า
เราเช็คเอ้าท์เช้าเพราะไฟล์ทบินเช้า โทรไปคือพนงแอบเสียงไม่พอใจ แต่บอกหย่อนไว้หน้าต่างเช็คอินได้เลย
สะดวก ขับรถไปนิดนึงมี raley, target ไม่ค่อยเจอโฮมเลส ขับรถไป15-20นาที ถึงหอดูดาวกริฟฟิท

GGuest UserThe building is average looking with friendly manager. I had apartment 201 which was an upstairs unit. The white bedspread had stains on it, that looked like fecal stains from someone sitting on the white spread. The sheets were fine. The carpeting looked like it had not been shampooed in years. The sleeping area has two ceiling lights that were not working. Not so sure that the TV remote was working, but was able to work the TV using the on and off buttons. There were no light switches near the bed so I had to get out of bed to turn on and off the ceiling lights. The baseboards were very dirty and dusty. Spots on the walls. The headboard needed to be dusted. The bathroom had decent water pressure and sufficient hot water. The walls near the toilet and sink counter were full of spots. Spider webs on the side of the toilet walls. Ceiling exhaust fan was not working, and one light in the bathroom was out. Towels were clean but put on he racks not completely dry. In general I would say that the cleaning staff probably touches the obvious areas but does not pay attention to details. Even the lightswitch covers had a layer of dust on the top of the cover. I have pictures, but not going to spend anymore time on this review. Just want to warn future customers looking at this location.
