The hotel was absolutely amazing, loved the pool section as well, me and my partner had an amazing time, employees are really nice, hotel was clean and tidy, facilities were clean :) Highly recommend!

Enjoyed the stay yet again as it’s our third time. We mainly book as we get to stay and use the spar facilities which we love. Little disappointed you have to pay into for parking.

We stayed on the ground floor number36 and the room was very warm would not want to be down there in the hot weather.Overall the room was in need of a good clean. Long black hair in the bath along with a mouldy ceiling. The windows were also very mouldy and in need of a clean. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice. Spa facilities were also good

As the lead guest with a group of 31 Epsom MG Owners Club members, we all were extremely impressed with the hotel. The reception staff were all very friendly, as were the room-cleaning team. The bed I slept in was VERY comfortable and once I had adjusted the radiator-temperature to my liking, I slept 'like a top'. The bar and restaurant team were exemplary, especially Valerica and Christel, who seemed to make it their job to look after our welfare, and to make sure that our needs were constantly addressed. My personal opinion is that both named ladies rate 100 percent!

Grabbed an overnight to extend our stay, someone was smoking da reefa next to our room. I spoke with the receptionist but nothing was resolved. At breakfast spoke with Sharon who recognised us from previous stays, this women is a legend, nothing is too much trouble for her she always goes the extra. We mentioned the previous evenings events and she literally sorted out before the end of our coffee. Sharon, you deserve a pay rise you are what great hospitality is ALL about. Sharon salvaged our stay and has ensured we will NOW return. Great work Sharon, we applaud you!

The hotel was very comfortable and staff were really lovely. Near Gloucester which is an interesting city. The rooms were well equipped and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was really tasty and the staff were so courteous. A special mention to Sharon who was so pleasant and really ensured we had everything we needed at breakfast.

Booked a spa break weekend away for the girls to relax and switch off . The staff were amazing and professional. Any questions we had they helped us straight away . Every member of staff was professional and polite especially Sharon in the restaurant. She remembered our breakfast order from the first day and was very helpful with everything that we needed. The spa trea**ents were lovely and the rooms were a very good standard . Hotel was close to everything we needed and would definitely be staying there again
