A hotel with a hot spring. The view from the balcony is good. It’s not far from the lake. It’s suitable for walking. If you don’t want to go to the town to eat at night, you can eat at the restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast is pretty good. It turned out to be an international chain

Amazing experience close to nature. I really enjoyed the birds singing, cow's bells, the smell of nature, flowers, clean and fresh air. The hotel is clean, rooms are comfortable, spacious and with all needed amenities.

2024 April Always a pleasure to be back to Karma Bavaria, who's probably my favorite. It has everything I need, everything I like Jacuzzi, to pool, to entertainment, to the proximity of the town and multiple activities. I love the numbered of possible walks and trecking around. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast buffet, the best one. The all management team is always ready to help. A special note to Nihan & Steve from Karma. Technically everything is accessible. You can even coming directly from the airport by train, the station is just a few minutes walk from the resort. monic diotte

A nice but a bit old hotel, with works in progress, quit, clean with a very good spa. The place is picturesque like a fairytale. Very beautiful landscape, worthseeing! Many places nearby to explore, very nice destination!

We were at the Karma Bavaria for the New Year's Eve banquet from December 31st, 2023 to January 1st. We felt very comfortable from the first to the last minute of our stay. Great staff, no signs of hecticness or anything like that despite the big New Year's Eve event. Everything was super professional. Champagne reception before dinner, an unusual menu, an interesting magic show, fireworks on the terrace with champagne and an exceptionally delicious breakfast buffet was served on New Year's morning.
We are very grateful, also that we got one of the renovated rooms. A huge improvement compared to 2017.

We slept in a large room. In terms of decoration, it was very simple. We asked to change rooms because ours was poorly located (just above the bar which was hosting a party that evening until after midnight), and the staff did so without complaining. The service was impeccable, it's really our best memory of this place. All the staff take great care. Every evening, a theme at the restaurant with discounts on certain dishes related to this theme. The food is good but as a good French person, it did not transcend us. We appreciated the individual duvets, typical of Germany. A small ski resort 10 minutes away by car, but we preferred to go to Austria to ski because at that time, it had not snowed so the slopes were less pleasant, with only artificial snow. I believe this station does not exceed 1000m altitude. It is very well located, 1 hour from Munich and Austria. We were able to take a magnificent walk around the frozen and snowy lake 5 minutes from the hotel. Change of scenery guaranteed! We have very good memories of this stay!

This was the first time we booked the Karma Bavaria. The reception was very welcoming and we received a friendly welcome. We booked the Classic family room. It was very spacious and had a great view of the mountains. Nothing was missing.

Absolutely Superb Location. Amazing Hospitality and Service. Everyone in the property greets you in a friendly way whenever they see you out. They have a guest card through which you get free transport within and nearby the city which saves pretty good amount of euros. Only one thing that can be better was Taste of Indian Food - We ordered Dal-Rice and Veg Pulao which had a vast difference than that of Indian Taste. Room (Family Room Apartment of 4) is much spacious with proper Utensils and kitchenette. Thank You for the memorable experience
