Best Gocek Spa Hotels

This was hands down one of the best holidays I have ever had!! Let me begin by congratulating the whole team including the cleaning team, service staff, the customer satisfaction reps and many others behind the scenes. Their attention to detail, smiley faces and attentiveness made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Rooms were spacious and full of all amenities one may ever need; though it wasn’t available during booking the management has kindly arranged two twin beds for us instead of a double. The facilities themselves were superb: two big pools, a secret beach that can be reached with a 5 minute shuttle boat ride, a 24/7 gym, nightly concerts, and boat tours to explore the turquoise waters of the region - all included in the booking (except for the Spa/Turkish bath which would have been nice to include in the package). Food and drinks were of optimum quality available all day and night. Again, I thank the whole team for this amazing experience and I can’t wait to book my next holiday at this incredible establishment!

We leave this morning and are very sad to go. We have had a wonderful time in this hotel, and the town of Gocek, which I will review separately. We cannot fault this hotel. The staff are friendly across all areas, and nothing is too much trouble. We had a twin room with direct pool access, and our own patio. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough for us. It was great to be able to get out of bed and go straight into the pool. The food at breakfast was plentiful, very good quality, and catered for all tastes. Fresh fruit, cold meats, salads, various yoghurts, and lovely pastries. For hot food, again there’s a choice. The omelettes were very good. We used the gym, spa and I had two massages. The gym is spacious, well equipped, light and airy. It’s better than my gym at home. The reception and spa staff are welcoming and helpful. We used the steam room and sauna. I had two massages with Dewar from Bali. Excellent. We had lunch at D:Breeze. The setting is amazing with all the yachts moored off the coastline. Food was very good as well. We spent a day at the beach which is a swift ride away from the hotel in one of the hotel buggies. You’re handed towels from a kiosk. At each sun lounger area, there’s a QR code and you can order food and drinks. A waiter then brings your order, and it’s all done from the comfort of your lounger. I wish all hotels were like this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at this lovely Hotel, which is perfectly located and walking distance from the town centre. This family run Hotel is just perfect in so many ways, food, location, cleanness along with providing a first class service that many large chain Hotels would dream of.
