The room comes with disposable toiletries. The location is convenient, with a cafe in the lobby and a restaurant on the first floor. The room is equipped with an automatic toilet, a coffee machine, and a Dyson hairdryer – really thoughtful design! I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk ladies, Erica, Kayee, Stacy, Margarida, and Susie, for their excellent, warm, and attentive service. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and we'll definitely be back!
Great location! Right across from the 16 Pu bus station and within walking distance to the Ruins of St. Paul's. In the evenings, you can also walk to Rua da Praia do Manduco for some food. The hotel even has a ladies-only floor, which is a nice touch!
The room was clean and well-maintained. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and most of them are open until the early hours of the morning, so you don't have to worry about finding food if you get hungry at night. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful; they even enthusiastically recommended nearby restaurants. Special thanks to a male receptionist in a suit who patiently showed us how to get to Venice for a concert. We really appreciate his thoughtful service! The hotel breakfast was also good; a staff member seated us, so we didn't have to find our own table. You just place a 'reserved' sign on the table and then go get your food. We are very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance.
The location is not really very convenient and it’s not directly connected to most casino so you’ll have to expect to pay for public transportation mostly. For other hotels, u can usually travel between Macau and Taipa with their shuttle buses for free. For this hotel, the shuttle bus system isn’t very good, the frequency of departure is low and the operating time is limited. The walking route that shows on google maps isn’t quite accurate so be prepared.
This is my second time in Macau. Last time I stayed at The Parisian, but The Venetian this time? In three words: absolutely fantastic! 👏🌟
Firstly, the exterior is magnificent, and it's connected to The Londoner and The Parisian.
Secondly, I stayed in a North Wing suite on the 30th floor this time. The room was huge, and everything from the bed and sofa to the bathroom was satisfying. The bathroom even had a vanity table, which was a nice touch.
Furthermore, the service was well-organized, fast, and convenient. The day before, I stayed in Hong Kong at what turned out to be a 'fake' five-star hotel. This time, as soon as I arrived at the front desk, even though it was still midday, three staff members immediately assisted me. They confirmed my luggage storage, room preferences, and provided a detailed map with clear explanations. This allowed us to drop off our bags and start exploring right away. Plus, the room number was sent via SMS, room cards were issued in advance, and our luggage was delivered directly to the room. I can only say everything was perfect!
Also, The Venetian's buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. They had pan-fried salmon and 'Buddha Jumps Over the Wall,' and I even found my favorite peach gum and white fungus soup.
Everyone, from the security guards at the casino entrance to the staff in the restaurants and lobby, was incredibly nice. If the bottled water in the room ran out, you just scanned a code, and a server would bring it to your door instantly.
Of course, my favorite part was the gondola ride. The artificial blue sky above was so realistic and beautiful! 🤩
A truly memorable experience.
Check-in was smooth, but I had to wait an hour, and the luggage storage staff weren't very friendly. The lady who gave me my room card was excellent; she gave me a fantastic room on the 11th floor with a beautiful night view and even thoughtfully asked if I needed children's toiletries.
The shuttle bus was very convenient, getting to the Border Gate (Guanzai) was super easy, and the staff were welcoming and even helped with my luggage.
The hotel lobby also has many shops, so no need to worry about food. There's a Japanese supermarket that sells a lot of snacks.
Staying at Harbourview Hotel Macau for 15 days was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, offering stunning views of the harbor and easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, added to the convenience and relaxation. Breakfast options were diverse and delicious. Overall, Harbourview Hotel Macau offers great value, combining comfort, service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it for both leisure and business travelers looking for a memorable stay.
This hotel is incredibly close to Macau International Airport and the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, making it super convenient whether you're arriving by ferry or plane. They even have a hotel shuttle to pick you up after you get off. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, at 60 square meters, and include a complimentary mini-bar once during your stay. Our standard twin room faced the garden, which was perfect for photos – even for those of us who aren't photography pros! The staff provided clear and informative service, truly five-star quality. Plus, they offer shuttle services to places like the Grand Lisboa on Macau Peninsula and various border gates. All in all, a fantastic stay!
Environment: It's decent, but it's really, really close to Macau Airport. If you're on a layover, it's a great value. I checked in at night, and even though it's very close to the airport, there aren't many night or early morning flights at Macau Airport. With earplugs, I didn't hear any noise at all.
Facilities: The hotel is a bit old, and there's a slightly damp smell in the hallway, but the room itself was fine. The room comes with a universal adapter.
Service: I thought it was good; just standard, polite service. Everything else was pretty good.
Cleanliness: Okay, met standards.
This hotel is incredibly convenient for traveling from Hong Kong to Macau. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. The security guards were also very helpful, assisting with luggage and opening car doors, which made things so much easier for us. I had a wonderful stay this time – it’s my second visit, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it super easy to get around. Check-in and check-out were both incredibly quick, which was great when traveling with kids and on a tight schedule. The room was very clean, spacious, and bright, with all the amenities you could need. The hotel environment is also lovely, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options, and it was easy to get to the restaurant from our room. Not only did we enjoy a comfortable stay, but the staff were also so enthusiastic, and the restaurant service staff were very polite. My child accidentally broke a spoon during a meal, and a kind waitress immediately replaced it, even warning us to be careful not to cut ourselves – I felt so bad! Another waiter promptly cleared empty plates during the meal. The attention to detail was exceptional, truly commendable! Thumbs up, it's absolutely great value for money!

XXiaoxiaodehopeOverall, it's pretty good. Head to Shen Ge Cafe for breakfast – you won't be disappointed. The full set of L'Occitane toiletries in the room is a nice touch, and the bedding is also good. My only minor gripes are some layout issues, like a lack of power outlets and the inconvenience of having to reach over to the bathtub to squeeze out shower gel.
Yyu RebeccaThe room was very spacious, clean, and tidy. I stayed in the Banyan Tree Tower on a high floor, and there were no strange odors. I booked a Cotai View room, and the service was excellent. Eating and shopping downstairs were incredibly convenient.
On check-in day, I arrived around 3 PM. They initially said the view room would take 1-2 hours, so I planned to store my luggage and go out. However, after a quick restroom break, when I returned to drop off my bags, the front desk told me a room was already available. Overall, I was very satisfied.
The second floor has the famous Lord Stow's Bakery (Andrew's Egg Tarts), and there was no queue. On the ground floor near the elevators, there's a Jade Restaurant, where the beef noodles were exceptionally delicious, and the staff were very welcoming. Checking out was a breeze; I just handed the card to the front desk staff in the lobby and left. Getting a taxi outside was also very easy.
It's super convenient to visit the Londoner and Parisian hotels for night views and photos – just a short walk away. I wasn't offered a complimentary suite upgrade; they said it would cost an extra 500 MOP per night, which I declined as the view room was perfectly fine.
Walking from the ground floor towards the food court area, you can catch the changing of the guards performance at The Londoner. Tim Ho Wan (添好运) Hong Kong-style dim sum is also nearby; it's very tasty but gets crowded, so you'll need to get a number and wait in line.

YYaoyaoduyaodeyaoLocation: It's just one light rail stop from the airport (you can buy tickets at the window using WeChat Pay or Alipay). From the hotel, you can walk through City of Dreams to reach The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Venetian, and other key attractions.
Ambiance: The room lighting is warm and inviting, it's clean, and the layout is well-designed. It features double sinks, a separate wet and dry area, and even bath salts are provided.
Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and efficient. A big thank you to the two ladies who checked me in (their names are in the picture) – they introduced all the room facilities and explained the most convenient routes for getting around nearby. The gentleman at check-out also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage, where I was going, and which bus to take, which made me, as a first-time visitor, feel very much at ease.

Rrosemary_zThe room was quite spacious, and the hotel upgraded us to a suite. The living room offered a great view of the Galaxy, while the bedroom overlooked The Parisian. The facilities were complete, and it even had a guest bathroom, which was very convenient. I especially want to commend the buffet at 'Jin Jin'. It was incredibly rich and delicious; I'd say it's the best quality buffet breakfast I've had in years. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet, and the hotel offered a great deal for in-house guests. Every dish was meticulously prepared, and the unlimited lobster was a huge plus – we were very satisfied! 👍
HHing keungIt has been over 5 years not stay in this hotel. This time made me not much excited. Regards the room service, there are only 2 bottles of water provided and it's much behind others. the saunna room still keeps same and it's the only point I forcast. Unfortunately, there still no wet towel provided, no slipper provided, the good thing is not much people use the room. the view is nice and this is the selling point.
I might not stay again unless the room rate is attractively.
GGuest UserThe lobby is spacious, bright, and elegant. The front desk service was excellent; they even helped reserve a room for us. The room was bright and tidy, and the housekeeping was spot on. The floor staff were also very enthusiastic. The lobby's cake was delicious, and the pork chop bun was better than what you'd find elsewhere.
