This is the fifth time I have stayed at the hotel. The decoration of the hotel is relatively new, the staff is good, and the internet speed is fast, but the location is not in the central area, the room is large, and the restaurant service is very good.

Fiz duas reservas em meu nome. No meu check in, os atendentes identificaram as duas reservas, e pediram confirmação das mesma. Perguntei se estava tudo correto, e respondi que a outra reserva seria para os meus pais que chegariam, no voo da madrugada. Na madrugada, aproximadamente as 02:30, do dia 25/11, quando meus pais foram fazer o check in. Outro atendente nos afirmou, não ter uma segunda reserva, e que teríamos que pagar novamente pela estadia. Solicito ressarcimento da segunda diária, por parte do hotel ou pela trip.
