Room was so dirty not clean very well, in room and bathroom I see alot of hair,and my bed sheet also dirty. I call reception complaints how can it possible I check in now, the reception man say ok I send someone to check before I say to something him he end the call, after this i go to reception and complain he say to me its normal some time housekeeping missed to clean very well. I am not recommended this Hotel.

The front desk staff was great as well as some, not all, employees of the restaurant. The breakfast was also just ok. I was expecting nicer jams and spreads because of this hotel reputation. The temperature of the room was warm the entire stay and could not be controlled from the room. The lobby was also very hot at all times. The bed was comfortable and the room kept clean although in dire need of remodeling. All my friends suggested us stay somewhere else next time because Goiania is now provided with many other options.

The room was very nice and beautiful, everything was very well decorated, new and clean. Breakfast was perfect, with many options and everything was fresh. The room was very large, with new and excellent quality swallow. The restaurant inside the hotel is good and the staff are very performing.
